Im very happy with store and customer service that I receive every time I go to the shop. However, the store doesnt have the option of paying with the QR code with my FNB account. Its either staff dont know about it or they have the option but dont know about it. All other checkers stores I have been to besides this one has this option.Please can management resolve this matter.

This is the first time I have had bad/rude service at a Checkers store. 2 packers standing at one till talking & laughing with the cashier,who ignored us completely & then got angry because we asked her if she could start ringing up the groceries. The 2 packers then left & the cashier started moaning that she had to pack everything. I know they work long hours but to be rude & angry is uncalled for

Nice clean shop with lots of fresh stock. Lovely prepared meals for sale as well. Meficine, hardware, butchery and more items stocked as wellIsles are nice and wide. If you are not in parking area by about 11, parking could be a problem.Shop has now been upgraded and has a great cooked food and sushi section. Well worth the visit.

Bought a packet of Doritos Sour cream and Mild Chilli flavoured corn chips they did not have a best before date.. Simba what is happening same thing happened to me at Spar Parow Valley

Fresh food and produce, value for money at good prices and even better savings if you have the checkers xtra savings card.

Rubbish service. They think you must greet them and they are slow at the tills. No respect for customers or their time.

Checkers is a large supermarket. I do my monthly groceries there. Get yourself the TAR SAVINGS card and benefit from the discounts. Youll be surprised to see how much you saved at the bottom of your slip.

Ive been shopping at this store for quite some time now. And even though I dont get the best of service when it comes to customer care... Now and again a cashier smiles and I even get a thank you. During lockdown Ive been working long hours (Im a medical technician). And according to the government I get to skip the q because were essential workers which makes sense because I dont get time to do my shopping. The misinformed security did not want me to enter because I dont have a uniform on. He doesnt know that not every essential worker does not wear uniform. Of course he was just following instructions he got from management. Im very disappointed ... Id rather go to pick n pay who had no problem with me not wearing a uniform... My letter and ID was sufficient.

Dissapointed , bought chicken drum stcks yesterday they had a bad smell tried soaking in vinegar still no change, not buying meat at checkers again

Great shop. Can find everything you need and I love that there is always something on the discount table.Wine section is always well stocked with a wide variety of both local and international wines at reasonable prices.Wide variety of ready made microwave/oven food (not much selection for vegetarians) for a quick easy dinner.Got a relatively large tool/DIY section.Its a one stop shop.

Bought chicken on the sell by date which was rotten, disgusting that it was still on the shelf.

Cant complain about the customer service because there isnt any. Cashier does not greet or smile even.. was too busy chatting to her packer.. Just takes the money and gives change..no thank u nothing..her name is Nosive Tom.

On three different occasions have I bought meat from this store that were off/spoiled. After calling the store on several occasions, Im still waiting on a manager to call me back after 2 weeks. What a waste.

Bought 800g prawns on special and returned it the next day because it was off. As per laeq ontong they can give me a smaller pack 400g for same price. That is not service. It wasnt my fault you gave me stock that is off. You should be giving me 800g for same price I paid.

A 1 is to much for this store. Service is always pathetic. Supervisors are worse than cashiers and packers. No etiquette. No customer service. I cannot wait for pnp to open at Parow Centre.

Very nice store.Your cashiers are friendly, however the rest of the staff are extremely sour, especially the ones working with the food at the back, they dont greet or smile it makes everything so unpleasant.

Gevrekte cashiers... Supervisors just hang around looking at the store from the front but don’t do anything to improve the service.

Staff needs to become more friendly and more sufficient. You stand very long in their lines.

Been standing in a line for 30 mins, because there is only 6 (2 of them is 10 or less items) till open out of 31, and its the second time i come today hoping this time it would change. This is unacceptable, and poorly managed.
