5* SERVICE DELIVERED BY Mr. Giovanni (The Butcher) It is great to see that Quality is priority at this branch when it comes to meat. He gave me nothing but the best service so far since I moved into Cravenby a month ago. WELL-DONE Sir. The meat I received yesterday was really great quality and those ribs are amazing. I normally buy about R2500.00 of meat a month and will for sure be buying all my butcher products there.However it is a bit annoying going to shop there as the music when it does connect to the internet is way to distraught and loud. At least if it was of good quality sound then loud music is always welcome. I do suggest if you want to keep shoppers shopping then change that system or channel. The store is also overloaded with stock lying everywhere and to move around with trollies is most difficult.Creating an open flow is most important in any business open to public. Well that is just my advice. The cashiers are great but packers needs to leave their personal stories at home as I really dont think we need to know about how many boyfriends you have and finally there are never once since I have been there more than one open till at the main ones only 3 ladies at express. 3rd time in a row we stood for 45min in a row with only one till open.Furthermore the staff are friendly and great service all round. Its convenient in that its nearby and they stay open late.Do be extremely careful when visiting the store, theres always an element of danger around

The Manager Mrs Koopman and staff very unfriendly unprofessional no sense of customer service not the first bad experience on numerous occasions and fed up of this Manager and her attitude

There is enough parking space. The security is well alert. The cashiers are friendly and the layout is wide and easy to navigate through. There is a bakery that serves fresh pastries daily. The money market kiosk is ran efficiently enough.

Low prices. Short ques . food at deli not always top standard. Dont always get the item u need. Staff not always friendly.

Perhaps one of the worst Shoprites in Cape Town, this chain who owe their very existence to the community such as this one have substandard stores with slow staff. No fast checkout
