Honestly, rather go to bayside mall instead of here. Ordered a Panarottis special - our Champion pizza! which is on the Gourmet range and the pizza looked Dry. More pineapple than anything else. It just looked sick. Like it needed to see a pizza Doctor. First time buying from the n1 branch and it will be the last time. Maybe they just make the takeaway orders like that, Im not sure. They Offered me a refund and the pizza but I didnt take the pizza. I didnt go to them for free pizza. I went for, at least, a good pizza. Im not angry, Im just very very disappointed.

Panarottis N1 City, is normally the place where I can catch up on my emails etc. I love this place simple for their pizzas and milkshakes double thick (my favorite) and I enjoy it with the spoon. Pizzas are always good. Front of house are friendly people and the waiters are are on par. (oppit)I love their new range of cups. I want to say they always let you feel like royalty, like saying to me come back again sir.

We had a bad experience with Uber Eats in the week and when calling the restaurant, Lulu was a superstar. She explained the situation to us as our driver never picked up the order and even went and looked for him outside. She kept in contact by continuously following up with us and had the kitchen remake our order that was cold. Lulu, amazing customer service from you! I was blown away, and definitely need to give her kudos. It is really rare to find people in the service industry that displays the level of empathy that she did. Management: please relay the message to her. You have a gem on your hands.

Very disappointing waited for more than 7min on a Sunday for lunch went next door to John Dorys excellent service.

I always enjoy going to this restaurant. I enjoy the food so much. I do not know about you but their cappuccino is to die for. For only R25 small cup you can just sit and let all your troubles fade away...The staff also was great, the place to be for breakfast lunch and everything in between...

What a lovely restaurant, service is so great. We managed to get breakfast even after 12 because of the long queue but it was worth the wait really. Were all the way from Pretoria and I must say you guys rock, way better than the restaurant back home. My son even forgot his cellphone on his seat and waiter ran after us. Thank you so much ❤🙂. This is such a joke and taking people for a ride, I placed an order and receive my dua pizza @R179 which was a ripp off, the ham was off and patches of cheese on the pizza, then they send me a email to replace my meal but messed up again please dont bother as you have failed me twice

Great customer service. There was an issue with a voucher that I had and thought that I would be refused service due the waitor messing up, but the manager was able to sort out the issue after a while and I could go back to enjoying dinner with my family. Love the pizzas and pastas. I would really recommend this specific Panarottis. Ive never really had a reason to complain. Again... The staff is really friendly and it just has that homey vibe.Update: 09/08/2021Re-Visited on Womans Day and got me the Steak Filleto and Greek salad. Salad, exceptional. The steak... Not so much. In terms of flavor it was on point and it was well done just as I asked it to be, but the visual appeal was a sight to behold. It literally looked like a piece of liver although it didnt taste that way. It was just like it was the cut offs that I got. I could have sent it back but the fact that it tasted good made me finish it and my mom always told me its going to break in your stomach anyways. Maybe work on your presentation next time. I mean R164 is not really cheap for you to give me a piece of off cut basically.

The Thursday meal special was a great winner, celebrating my daughters birthday...in fact purchasing two...fresh and tasty....and great value for your money...friendly and excellent service, with their authentic melodic birthday song .

I needed to review again! A little background, we had loadshedding and I didnt realize my laptop wasnt charged for work. I went to Panarottis to work and brought my family along with me. Rejoyce immediately seated me by a plug and got us started with menus and a friendly smile. She constantly checked on us and was so sweet to my two kids. Would like to let the managers know that Rejoyce is the type of customer service that keeps customers coming back. Thank you for the wonderful service this evening 😀

Everytime we call to order pizzas we are told 20 to 25 minutes. Its never been a pleasure as our order in never ready when we get to the restaurant to pick up. Tonight was the same again. Called at 20H05 more or less. Got to the restaurant and paid at 20H24. We received our pizzas at 20H50. It is unacceptable that this happens all the time. Why do we bother supporting this place when customer service means nothing. Why is our order only put in once we pay? Why offer a service to call and pick up if it doesnt exist?UpdateI was contacted by the manager on duty tonight Friday 19 March. I am pleased to report Andy was very helpful and I must say she is very proud of her position and has alot of understanding and respect for her clients.Was great talking to her. I ordered 3x take away Pizzas. Got them in thin base, actually wanted thick base but the lady never gave me the option. The dough tasted funny, my mother agreed and said it wasnt cooked properly. There was too much sauce on and didnt taste good. I dont think the sauce was cooked properly. I Couldnt eat it. Chucked it away. UPDATE: The manager contacted me and offered to replace the order, I was pleased with the replacement I received. I recommend if there is a problem to speak to the management at Pavarottis N1, they will take care of you with a smile. Thank you again for the replacement :)

I ordered a vegan chicken pizza and they sent a meat chicken pizza. The pizza boxes did not have any safety seal either.

Went to Panarottis tonight around 8pm. Waited almost an hour for a chicken liver starter. Restaurant was practically empty. The waiter had to go check if they were busy making the starter. He mentioned they were not even busy with it . Was still busy eating starter when the main came , they could not wait to bring it as the kitchen was closing . The on duty Manager did not once come apologise for the long wait, although I saw the waiter take him to the kitchen. Had to take the mains home as takeaway. Waiter was very polite and food was good as always . Just disappointed with the long wait.

Was rather disappointed there were 2 pensioners at the table only 1 got a slice of birthday cake. rather embarrassed. not that the cake was wanted but not right .

Gnocci was horrible, manager and I discussed it, she tasted it with the chef and they agreed. They removed the gnocci and I got an amzing pizza instead. Very good service! 🍕

The best coffee, tables and price for a generous breakfast at Panarottis. Besides all that, we love to support a very good man that owns the N1 branch. He has great staff, a very friendly staff compliment, well trained, professionally run. The chef deserves a medal for constant quality. The recipe is a winner.

Is our businesses really struggling, because base on my experience at Panarottis, customer service and quality is clearly not a concern to them. Last night I ordered pizza online and went to collect the order. Order will be ready at 17:46. I arrive at 17:45. At first it took them about 10 mins to acknowledge me standing right in front of them. Then they looked at the order and he disappears. Another 5 - 7 mins, a new person ask to assist me, checks my order and goes in search of the order, now another at least 8 mins passed before they located the order in the waiting area for orders to be collected. Then they realise I requested extra avo. Now another 10 mins pass for them to return with the pizza. Now she has to go through all the boxes for me to check the that they got the order ready. She seals the boxes and expects me to go with 4 pizza boxes and a coke and the condiments, all whilst already carrying a shopping bag, my wallet and car keys. I actually had to ask her if we could get a bag.Now we get home, to not only have 4 cold pizzas, it is also the most tasteless pizza I have had. If it was a normal pizza it would be expected not to be wow, but these are their Gourmet pizza.Panarottis = PatheticThis was their second chance to redeem themselves.....clearly its not in their manual.

Panarottis N1 City is clean and neat, however, i would not recommend ordering a double thick milkshake as it is not a milkshake, it is literally a blob of hard ice cream inside a glass that you have to eat with a spoon. Well they do not even provide a straw with it according to the waitress.We ordered the breakfast mexican pizza, which arrived quicker than what i thought it would, so i thought this was great, but unfortunately when it arrived you could see the oil pooling on top of the pizza, it was so much that i turned the board to the side and it just sought of ran off like a waterfall. Secondly, the dough was half raw as well.Overall the staff is very friendly and do their jobs well, but i would suggest a change in staff in the kitchen as i feel there is no quality control in the kitchen at all. Those are not the standards we should be accepting as paying customers.

I placed an order for two pastas for myself & my wife via the Uber eats app & there was a mix up with our order so I called & informed Sam at Panarottis of the mistake. She then had the order replaced immediately with what we originally ordered & the manager delivered it to my door very quickly & even gave us a free pizza. The food arrived & was amazing as usual! Thank you to the awesome staff at Panarottis for the excellent service & amazing food!

The classic pizza is on special for R59. Is that the same pizza you charge R100 for usually?THAT small? I think I had 7 pieces of chicken on my whole pizza. Its not worth the money then. Barely on the special. The franchise in turn has made contact with me and I am very satisfied for the investment in this regard.

The food was good, no complaints there. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than what I expected it to be and our waiter was not up to standard. (I ordered an extra drink and he forgot to bring it)

This place is really family orientated and is one of the few panarottis with a party area. The owner is very involved in the business and has a good heart. A genuine family friendly, welcoming experience and the absolute best pizza ever.

We phoned Panarottis N1 City at 17:58 to place an order for collection. 2 pizzas. They told us itll be a ready in 15-20 minutes. When we got there we waited quite a while and eventually got our food around 18:35. No feedback was given after our initial explanation that we ordered to collect. Another waiter, Kasim, saved the day. He enquired if we were helped, fetched our order, added the extras and provided overall friendly service. Kasim turned our Panarottis experience around. For that, were grateful.

Nice clean restaurant for a sit down meal. Takeaways are also offered. There is a play place consisting of jungle gym and some PlayStation games. They offer breakfast and have a Thursday special of all you can rat pizza
