The Milkshake was thick, felt almost like drinking ice cream. It was delicious.The pasta felt a little to flat, could have had a some more flavor. It was just OK for me but I would like to try their pizza next time.I would recommend this restaurant. Overall it was a good experience with good food. The shake being the best part.Update:Visited the restaurant again and the bread was great. The pizzas here are definitely worth a try.

The sub I ordered took almost an hour to get here and for the price I paid I didnt expect a hotdog roll with some meat and cheese.If you want a actual sub and not a hotdog roll then go to debonairs

First time ordering from this branch and the service was poor. It just seemed that the restaurant was understaffed because it took almost an hour for me to get four pizzas.

SGreat place and great food. Amazing people. Panarottis is situated inside Bayside Mall at entrance number 1. I am always looking forward to get bite to eat at this restaurant. I mostly enjoy their pizza breakfast. The service has improved at alot and the staff members are very welcoming and full of smile.I am looking forward to visiting again.

My most recent visit at Panarottis Bayside was not the best. Staff were standing around the restaurant all on their phones, we ordered waffles and received the ice cream before the waffles, with no cutlery as we waited forever for the waffles to finally arrive - we were surprised because we were the only table in the restaurant. Our waiter seemed to be in training, with no direction so he had to pick up all the slack.

Pizza was great, I recommend the rib and steak gourmet pizza, the best dough Ive had in a while. Also have great vegan options to check out

Always a pleasure. I phoned for a collect. They told me 15 minutes and it was ready when I got there. Friendly helpful staff , and excellent food as usual. The one place you cant go wrong.

Food never disappoints. However, waiting time for food was nearly 45 min. We were only 4 adults and 3 kiddies. The poor waitress served tables inside and outside, she worked the cash register and mopped the floors while the others waiters/waitresses were standing around!! The restuarant was not even full probably only 3 other tables with max 3 people at each table. Dont think well be going back anytime soon. Thank you Sandra our waitress for managing our table as well as other tasks simultaneously.

This is a nice place. The issue is that I had to send a drink back three times before it was per the promotional photo. Also moved tables, as the service by our waiter was super slow. The toilet facilities are also out of order.

The food was delicious but the service was very slow , we waited for nearly 45 minutes for the food.

We order the breakfast pizza almost every Sunday, we call and collect. Today we did the same and then told us that this is not for takeaway and she will have to call the manager and he said he will do it as a favor. Anyways while giving the cell number on the phone it felt like she was making a joke out of it because she kept repeating incorrect numbers. We decided to ignore that. Now we order in time before the special ends and we get there a bit late, when my boyfriend said his there to collect the waitress told him he needs to wait for the manager to come out, he waited and what feels like the manager attacked him asks him is this the time to get here and collect. What does that matter? This is no way to talk to customers and its not the first time we have an issue. Service is not good.

My friend and I come here fairly often. Its both convenient and has a taste we enjoy. With good drinks too. Nothing fancy, but definitely meets all the basic requirements for a good meal.

After my poor experience and complaint, the restaurant manager and OPS manager offered for us to come and give them the oppertunity to improve on their services.What a turn around!Sufficient waiting time, fresh hot pizza and they were so attentive.Im very much impressed and thank you for a great experience.

Absolutely pathetic, closing time says 10pm, they closed at 5 pm, but their doors were still open till 9pm. Guy at the door refused to help and states that today 31st December is a public holiday but it clearly indicates on the site that tomorrow times may differ. Seems like not everyone has their facts straight . Ill give this outlet a minus 50.

A special thank you to our waiter Junior who made sure that all was taken care of and always trying his best to give his customers the best service required. I would definitely want more service like this and feel that should i have owned a business give this waiter a chnce to work at my business for happy customers make happy owners.

Excellent service and awesome food.They have a special every Monday.2 for the price of one.On a Tuesday it is pasta or pizza for 59.90 and to top all this on a Thursday-eat as much PIZZA as you like for R94.90.Suits a pensioners pocket well.Even better they have a loyalty card which you can use at any Panarottis country wide which gives you R50 for every 1000 points.Does not seem alot but at one family sitting you knock up about 500 points.Join me and enjoy Panarottis wherever you are.

Been going here for years and will always go back. Great service and amazing pizzas and pastas. They also have a bye one get one free on a Monday.

The food is usually good. Its a great place if you have small kids as they have a small play area and lots to do for kids. The menu has a good variety of Italian based foods.The waiter are usually friendly and there are plenty of staff around.I still love some of the classic desserts like the death by chocolate mouse

We love the new menu. Our waiter was friendly and knew the menu very well. He recommended the Saltimboka. It was brilliant! My wifes pizza was just as good. Keep it up cause well definitely be back! Oh, and the Sangria is dangerously delicious.

Friendly service and great tasting pizza’s!! You can never go wrong. Ordered the duo large pizza with the 2 saucy supreme’s (Saucy Chicken & Bacon supreme and the Saucy Meat supreme).

Always go to this branch mainly due to the great manageress who is always there greeting clients, chipping in to help staff and generally making sure everything runs smoothly. Good specials and no corkage charged. Ask for crispy base and staff will accommodate.

Quiet and the Alfredo always leaves me thoroughly satisfied! Hopefully, they are going to start stocking take away plastic cutlery.

The pizza was great but the service not so much. From calling to place my order my details were not taken was told to just walk in. I then ordered, when i went in to collect the waitresses by the door started calling out who took a phone call for pizza, then went on to converse in a foreign language till the person who took the order was located. The whole experience was really unprofessional and lacked maybe a proper manager or hostess

Came to Panarottis Bayside for a breakfast. It took the kitchen more than 50 minutes to produce 5 basic breakfasts. We had to send some of the breakfast back as it was drenched in oil! When talking to the manager she just had excuses claiming the took a big order. There was one table with about 10 people. The shop was probably filled at 20% capacity! It shouldnt take so long to produce such a basic order. Honestly, the Panarottis in the Tablebay mall is way better!

There is no atmosphere,the staff are not friendly and seem more irritated that you are disturbing their conversation rather than the fact that they are staff there to serve you for hospitality purposes. Great Pizza, Steak was not that good (i ordered it medium, it was fried till second death of the cow). Best Service from our waitress Lily. She was quick and smart, always friendly, even we had some extra wishes. I would recommend it, nice house wine Sauvignon Blanc.

Good pizza, service is great except on Thursday night. Its like pizza is downgraded on specials night. If that is the way it is, rather cancel specials night.

The mall Panarottis is in is honestly a bit icky and the pizza bases arent really my favourite. Its OK if you are hungry, but like the SPUR next to it, the service is pretty terrible and even when there are very few people food takes very long to arrive compared to other restaurants I go to.
