I placed an Take away pizzas on the 15 October 21,the bases were absolutely terrible it was most soggy than anything else, the condiments wasnt even filled up and the chilies that came with it was old. The fact that that management is happy to provide this issad.This was such a waste of money.

I received the best service from the staff at the Panarottis in Zevenwacht. They were very attentive and friendly. We arrived a few moments before before kitchen closed and they were not taking orders anymore, but the attentive nature of the staff allowed us to place our order and take our pizza. The pizzas were also really tasty and I would recommend anyone to visit this Panarottis.

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE!! THE BREAKFAST IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC FOR THE PRICE. The service was very so pathetic and poor, we sit for 20mins without anyone to attend to us or offering a service, after ordering three pizzas my colleagues pizza come after 40mins and fifteen minutes later they come with an excuse for the delay of the third one, that they forgot to add olives on mine, so they had to remake one for it takes 7mins. I just left the place without having the food, due to lost of appetite with their service.

Panarottis totally redeemed themselves this time and truly made the experience exceptional and memorable! As local resident this is our go to Pizzeria and would like to continue supporting them!

For the past 5 years weve only ordered home delivery from Panarottis Zevenwacht. Weve never sat down for a meal. Panarottis was our second choice after we had the most disappointing service from a waitress at Ocean Basket. The chef prepared us half raw fish and the waitress served this to us. We just got up and left, never to return to this restaurant. Right here at the entrance, we opted for Panarottis. We were hungry. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect. My husband enjoyed his pasta. The portions were generous. I preferred a pizza. Waitress was friendly and courteous, paid attention to detail. Meals were perfect. Something for Top Management at Head Office. I do understand that Panarottis does not specialize in cake. That Panarottis is not a coffee shop. That a normal (not large coffee shop portion) slice of cake comes standard at R50, staff and manager have to accept, cannot change it. Meaning, a table of 8 wil cost the customer R400. Bit steep, Id say. Please revise.

I enjoy their pizzas but had a somewhat different experience when eating out there on the 18th Feb. When we entered the restaurant we were asked to wait in order for a bigger group who arrived after us were helped first. The manager apologized and although I tried not thinking too much into it, I dont intend to visit anytime soon. Id rather enjoy a full experience of a great vibe and excellent food

Fantastic service, great food and COVID protocols strongly observed. Havent been in years, usually do takeaway delivery but was pleasantly surprised - our waitron was incredibly friendly too.

My favourite pizzas and pastas consistently taste fresh and yummy! Best thing is the parmesan cheese! Cant get enough of it. Also like your call and collect deals. Never experienced delays anytime.

The pasta was very well prepared, the service was a little slow, but its mostly because of the economy i would think, they cannot employ more people, i suggest you not to wait until youre starved. Cannot complain about the service i did get.

Breakfast was good I think they can just add some chips to the breakfast to make it worthwhile. But otherwise good service and staff very friendly.

Best Californian pizza Ive had in a very long time. Called and ordered for collection. Great care is taken to give you a fresh product that they only place the avocado slices on once you arrive! My only gripe is that the condiments containers are barely half filled with the crushed garlic and parmesan cheese which doesnt suffice for a large pizza.

This was worse service ever order via Mr delivery and waited 2 hours for cold pizza they could have checked why order there for so long and rather canceled so now the one blaming the other . Will not recommend this branch .

I cant believe this was my first trying this restaurant out, but it definitely wasnt the last. We had flatbread for starters, nice and crisp. And then I had their signature seafood pasta, very generous portion, their seafood was very fresh and so tasty, loves their sauce as well, thoroughly enjoyed my main. And for dessert, I had their amazing warm chocolate pudding, the pudding melts nicely on your mouth and the ice cream was a great complement to the dish, the pudding wasnt too sweet, loved it. And the service, wow. Loved our waitress and very nice manager as well, kept updating us about our orders and checking if we are still okay. We had a nice corner table as well, which I loved bc it very discreet, I felt like I was warm. Definitely gonna be regular now. And you dont have to wait a long time for your food, we waited for about 30 minutes for our mains, our starters and drink came with 10 mins or so.

For the fourth time, call-and-collect service is poor. When you arrive for collection - there’s an extra 30 - 45 minutes wait time. Never on time.

Ordered from Panarottis, (for delivery) and again (third time in the span of about a year), none of the extras (parmesan etc.) & neither was the extra topping included; although already paid for. Disappointing each and every time.

After waiting almost 2 hours for an order on a takeaway app they cancelled and that was that. No explanation, no apology. Poor form. Zero business from me ever again.

So me and my boyfriend decided to get something to eat. Our waiter asks if we want the special we said no.. Ordered our drinks waited almost 30min for our drinks. Finally someone else comes to take our order. We waited an hour for our food only to find out our food was boxed in a take away box like really now. We get out pizza..so according to my knowledge they are suppose to come and check up on their customers, well not even once. He only came when our food was finished acting like everything is fine and collected our plates, and still has the nerve to ask us if we want to order some more stuff. The place is almost empty and we still waiting on our waiter to bring our bill. All they care about is getting their tables clean cause the manager went on about it while we were still waiting on our food. So disappointed Panarottis Zevenwacht wont ever see us again. To top off everything they werent even that busy tonight

The pizza was excellent very nice, but when I found out that the olive oil was replaced with normal cooking oil. if you like olive oil with your pizza like I do then please check that they give you a new olive bottle.

Friendly staff, great food and nice atmosphere.

Very friendly staff who got our orders right the first time. New clean menus and specials pamflets. My Bar One milkshake was overflowing with chocolate and the pizzas tasted very fresh. They also got the Mexican breakfast pizzas hotness level just right. Excellent manager who keeps his staff on their toes and deligates smoothly. Good job

I was never dissapointed as by this place unlike when i went there in the week i always go to a panarottis cause its always fresh and avocado on top... So i order a rib and steak and chicken and maya pizza and extra avo the waiter tells me no avocado everything is hard okay i was upset but stil order so then we wait 30min for drinks then i got annoyed cause then our pizza took even longer and pizza was flavourless and dry waites so unattended... Il never go there again...worst lunch experience ever

Tonights purchased just proved my point! Theres no proper place in Kuilsriver that can make a value for money pizza.. never will my money be spent here again.Seeing as Im not able to post another review it seems that editing my existing one will have to do .The amount of effort and time that went into changing my experience I that had before, I would like to say Thank you to The Panarottis team at Zevenwacht and to the Manager Sophiso for going the extra mile by making me feel like a valued customer again!best wishes for 2019 5 STARS

Bad service, ordered pizza for delivery. After 2 and a half hours no pizza, called said they would phoned back. After calling a third time they called back and said they would send a cooldrink back to make up. I would have recieved a cool drink any way. After 2 hours and 50 minutes no pizza

What a wonderful, energetic restaurant. My experiences here are always world class. The food was fabulous. Best pizza and pasta in town. Flavours where phenomenal. The quality of the ingredients was unbelievable.The energy in the restaurant was electric. Everyone looked so Happy.Now for our hostess for the evening. Cabosnesse, I think I have it correct. She was out of this world. She remember us from the last time we where.in the restaurant which was quite impressive. Her service was also outstanding. She is truly a brand ambassador. I have worked with fair of South Africans in career and she re installed my faith not just in your brand but also in South Africa and its youth.Pavarottis Zevenwacht whatever you are cooking in that place may you share not just with your brand but also with the South Africa. I had the best service today

Very disappointed in the service. Got seated immediately when I got there however we waited 45 minutes to receive our food and another 30 minutes to get our bill and there were barely any customers at the time. Will definitely not recommend going to that panarottis.

I came here for the Thursday night special (all you can eat), and despite my skepticism, I had a good evening and got more than my moneys worth. I dont get to do these specials that often, so I was pleased that my once in a blue moon experience was a decent one. The service I got from the waiters was also good, no complaints at all there. Ill be back.

A few weeks back my boyfriend and I went for breakfast, we love our breakfast dates. This Saturday morning we decided to go to Panarottis in Zevenwacht and not mugg&bean as per usual. Unfortunately I had to send my fried egg back to the cooks as it was not what I specifically asked our waiter for. I am pregnant and therefore can not eat anything underdone and requested for a well done egg. I was patient with the waiter serving us as I was certain the error was not on his side, but the kitchen staff not being able to fry a well done egg. Eventually I gave up sending our waiter back and asked another waiter to make sure I get the egg I requested for, (unfortunately I forgot both their names but will know their faces very well, kudos to both our waiters on that day) the young lady eventually came back with the correct order request after I told her to tell the cooks to rather break my yolk. I mean Im no cook or chef but I can fry an egg well done without having to break the yolk or burning the egg.All of the above mentioned brings me to our experience of the very next day, we decided to have breakfast their again. This time I ordered the breakfast on pizza to avoid the unpleasantness of having to struggle with underdone eggs and spoiling my breakfast completely. However with the very first bite of my pizza my scambled eggs on the pizzas contained lots of egg shells (which I took photos of as proof) at that point I have reached my limit and called the manager or supervisor on duty, refusing to pay for that pizza. He was embarrassed as well as understanding, I just feel he could have been a bit more empathetic as I am a 5star restaurant supervisor myself and know exactly what is expected of kitchen staff, waiting staff as well as management.The purpose for my review is for the correct people to be aware of the kitchen staff clearly in need of more training as following simple instruction is a battle for them.

Very very disappointed, placed orders at this branch numerous times and they never adhere to the collection time. I always have to wait for +-20 min-30min, asif they only put the food in the oven when a person gets there.....and I always order in advance.

Its my daughters birthday today (11) and she loves Panarottis, she wants to go supper there ..but reading the latest reviews scares me.. Ive been there quite a few times but that was a while ago. I can speak of the unfriendly service we got on a saturday morning with the breakfast pizza at Tygervalley, we almost lost our appetite. I think its unfair toward the owners getting the bad remarks shame man. Manager do your job.

What a disappointment!Bad atmosphere - at a cold day all doors were opened. It was freezing cold - the light was bright.Bad Sevice - Cappuccino, machine is defect, tonic water they dont have, wine selection a disgrace.Foor - a standard pizza of Dr. Oetker is bigger and better. The quality doesnt deserve to me servied in an italian restaurant/pizzeria. Sauces on pizza 🤢! Salad with horrible (cheap bought) dressing, disgusting. The price for the pizzas and the salad are ridiculous high.It was a total disaster. I was there the first time and definitely the last time. Everybody who goes in there expecting a balance of quality and price will be disappointed. 1 pizza, one salad and 3 americano for R 260 and this bad quality and atmosphere is a ripoff !!!
