Basic place, not a lot to offer but make for that by offering what they do in an awesome, friendly way. Spent a lot of time at this joint and always had fun or a simple chilled evening enjoying a cold one. Great place to go either alone or with a group of mates (if you go alone youre likely to make mates).

Homely and pleasant

UPDATED (2021-08)Unpretentious. The nonsmoking section is on the left as you enter, the smoking section on the right. There are a couple of benches and televisions showing sport on the smoking side and one very large television on the non-smoking side which conveniently faces the smokers section. Two different channels can be shown at once and when sport isnt on, music is played. The patrons seem to favour English soccer clubs and are middle aged to older, mostly men but rugby is also watched.Quarts of beer are available for R25 during happy hour (6–7p.m.), R30 otherwise. There are fans for ventilation and coffee and tea are available.Five Grandslots gambling machines in the back room are positioned to comply with social distancing recommendations.Sign-in and hand sanitation are required on entry.There are social darts matches on Tuesday evenings when tournaments are being played. Players pay happy hour prices for all their drinks.

If u looking for a place to just chill and watch football, have few drinks then the locals is the place for u. The staff are amazing very friendly and make u feel like u at home.
