Sushi is of the highest quality and super fresh. The wasabi tastes genuine and is not watered down, its excellent. Love the crispy chicken too, and the curries taste very authentically Thai. Weve had a few dishes from here, and theyre always made with care and taste amazing. Fantastic value for money. Will go back again for more!

All fine, prices fine, sushi is good. There is roon for improvement on some aspects.

This is an amazing place to eat sushi. The sushi is high quality and is affordable. Most guests choose to get takeaway, but if you choose to dine in the setting is beautiful and quite calming to the eyes with a warm feel. Definitely a place to eat with a loved one or your best bud. Ive always come to expect the same good quality of sushi and Ive never been disappointed by the service or the food.

My girlfriend and I ordered the pad thai noodle. When we received it, it was covered in sweet sauce and there was so much sauce at the bottom of the bowl it was like a soup. After having a few bites I asked the waitress if this was a pad thai because it doesn’t have this sauce to which she answered it is a pad thai. After trying to eat it And feeling sick we asked if we could please change it as it was way to saucy. The waitress took it back to the kitchen where they basically just put it in a colander and drained out the sauce but it was still to saucy. I called the chef and asked why only to be told that how they do it because when people prefer take aways they say it’s too dry. This is a terrible excuse and I know thai food pretty well to know pad thai noodle dishes are not saucy and so upon getting a dishes back still tasting saucy and losing half the portion that went in, eventually we just had to stop eating and accept they would not fix the problem. Paid and left and both of us have been feeling sick the whole evening. Will not return here again. Sad because they use to make a really great pad thai and if this is how they make it now I’m afraid we will not return to eat there again.

Ordered to go dishes half an hour be4 pick up so no problem with timing !! However the food had so much chilli in it that we could not even taste the food, it was so strong and spicy. We so did not enjoy it and threw the food out because we could not taste it.......way too much chilli and spice, such a bummer !!

Delicious food, but absolutely terrible service. Ive wasted so much time waiting for food here, and the most recent visit had me waiting about an hour, as the whole order had to be remade because the staff got everything wrong.

Hidden GEM in Lake Side (South of Cape Town). Surprisingly super well decorated and very very comfortable to eat in. Take aways are also a great option.I had the Tom Yum soup with Prawns 5/5 absolutely delicious AND my favourite dish of all time Green Chicken Curry whick was the BEST I have ever had 10/10, It was delicious. Basically its a must to grab a takeaway or eat in Asian chow ✅✅✅✅✅

Addicted to Mai Thai! The sushi and Phad Thai are the best. However, Google as well as the sign on the door say they are open until 10pm but on a few occasions Ive driven there, tried called or ordering on UberEats and found the place closed (lights off, doors closed) from 9:30pm. At least accept takeaway orders.

I ordered noodles medium but it was so hot I couldnt eat it and I love chillies! Told the waitress but nothing was done about it. Dissapointed.

Wow, we were so undecided of where to go for dinner. We almost drove all the way to town for something different. Instead, this place offered us a fantastic platter of sushi. So fresh and tasty. At R220 for the Lakeside platter, it filled the both of us up(Added the menu to the photos). The waitrons were friendly and came at just the right time. The place has a nice, cosy atmosphere. The price for the sushi platter, for what we got, was worth it. Definitely recommended. Stay local! They even do take-away. Well see you again soon :)

Simple. Easy. Good food. Ambience a little bland, but OK for a quick bite or take out.

Smelled like actual human waste, then when we ask for tap water (assuming its gonna be free, at most maybe R5 or R10 per glass) we get charged R24 PER GLASS OF WATER.... can’t recommend at all, go to muizenberg or steenberg rather

Best Thai food in Cpt unique taste and amazing

Food was great but the take out line got preferential service so we had quite a lengthy and annoying wait.

The miso soup I enjoyed. The tomyum nice but I had better from the Eastlake Thai restaurant. I also ordered Thai rice and that was horrible. The rice wasn’t even Thai. More like the Tastic branded indian basmati rice which was definitely not fantastic🤮
