We just walked in and the Vet took care of us straight away without an appointment. I wasnt hit with a huge, crazy bill and the staff was super friendly! The place was so neat and organised. We also got a freebie pack of dog food which I found super amazing! Definitely recommend!

Had a run of bad luck with my cat, ended up at Vetworld SW twice in two weeks. Dr Kleyn was professional, kind and really good with my cat (who is uncooperative with vets!). She even phoned twice to follow up on how he was doing. Really happy with this clinic :-)

Our yorkie is 10 and was struggling with her teeth and joints.She lost all desire to play with our other yorkie, and walked like a bulldog due to the pain she had.We had her bad teeth removed and Vetworld gave us a different food type to give her. Barely an hour after having 11 teeth removed she was begging for treats.Today she is running around like a crazy pup fueled by RedBull. She looks 3 again.We moved here from Pretoria and decided to give Vetworld a chance. We wont be going anywhere else.The staff went the extra mile. Telling us how she was doing directly after waking up and following up a day later to hear if she was doing okay.Its great to have a Vet who truly cares about your pet.

My dog was stung by a scorpion, they sorted him out and saved him from certain death. The service is very professional and friendly, and they always willing to help.Definitely my choice for my pets

Very satisfied with the friendly and good service of Vetworld, Somerset West! Dr. Omar was very helpful and Smokey was calm and could see he trusted Dr. Omar. He patiently answered all my questions and really made an effort to make sure what was best for Smokey! Can definitely recommend Dr Omar and the excellent service at Vetworld.

Very friendly staff ... Doctor gives lots to your 4 foot child. I recommend them 200%.
