My Jrt Cooper was treated as an emergency after ingesting part of a puffer fish last week. Dylan and his reception staff were lovely. Truly grateful for the positive outcome and compassionate way I was treated.

Extremely traumatising experience at this clinic. They took the wrong eye out of my dog and blinded her for life. She now has no eyeballs. Went in for surgery to remove an eye with glaucoma and they removed the wrong eye. How on earth do you get that so wrong! My little girl has to struggle now every day from this. I look at her every day with guilt for taking her to this place.

5 star and more. Love the staff, been there with my animals since Dylan first started up. Have cried there, laughed there and have been assisted with care and love during both occasions.

My ginger tabby cat came home with a big hole in his neck under his chin.Glencairn Vet gave me an appointment straight away.On examination my cat was given an antibiotic and antiflamatory injections.Plus he had to stay at the vet to get some stitches asap.I was phoned, updated on his progress and allowed to fetch him around 2pm.My cat is doing well now,he just looks so funny with a shaved patch of skin under his chin while the rest of his body is covered in a very thick winter coat.Glencairn Vet is simply the best.

I have always had good service from Glencairn Vet, sadly our baby has got cancer diagnosed by Glencairn Vet but they have been really great. Highly recommend them.

All the staff, from reception to the nurses and doctors are all very friendly, professional and clearly love animals. I was kept up to date with my pets progress and little extras were done, like while my lab was under, having his teeth cleaned his nails were cut as well. Dr Martin phoned me to discuss health issues and also took my calls to answer my questions.

Hi have been going to this clinic for over 10 yrs years. What i love is the empathy towards my over loved dogs and they understand . The doctors have done house calls in urgent cases at odd times, the doc. Have come to my home to gentky put my various animals to sleep without trauma. They too have been there when ive been away, to sort account on return at times. The front staff are , kind and most efficient. The staff in kennels likewise. As for our vets... well they are just awsome guys who love what they do and brilliant at it too. Dog food and cat food, , treats, off the meds for. veternary purposes, toys etc.available.. AND PARKING.. COVID ORGANIZED. THANK YOU TO ALL WONDERFUL STAFF

This vet is fantastic. They did a tooth extraction on my boston terrier. Such a good experience from start to finish, from an excellent procedure to answering all my questions with kindness and prodessionalism. I highly recommend Glencairn vet.

Not many vets handle power breeds with as much respect as these guys. My Rotti refused the muzzle and reacted calmly to the calm disposition he was offered. I highly recommend these guys.

Nice warm friendly environment. Admin staff seem to have limited knowledge on their financial accounting programme. Rather than admit to their lack of knowledge they argue with customers and only later apologize. The professional vets are friendly and helpful. Like any vet, they are expensive.
