The general atmosphere st TAH is warm and welcoming. The front office staff is really the window of TAH, they make you and your pet feel as if at that moment you and your needs come first, without them being overbearing. They show real interest and understand the products, they provide valuable insight into each. As for the vets they too are the stars of the establishment. Understanding the animal well. We have worked with 2 different vets so far they each compliment each other very well. We missed the presence of the security guard at our last visit, that could maybe be the only drawback if he is not going to be there in future. It is nice to know (with all the vagrants around the building) that you and your car is safe. The clinic is neat and tidy and there is the sense of camaraderie and collegiality that combines well to serve the needs of the client. Thankyou for making every experience at TAH a pleasant one. My 5th star would have been for more visible security at the parking area. Once its back, I will reevaluate.

As a first time pet owner and not knowing much regarding immunizations, registering of pets and micro chipping i called TAH Parow and spoke to a lady called Liezel. She is the most friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable person. I spoke to her over the telephone and i can honestly say i never experienced such quality client assistance before. She is remarkable . Its not everyday you receive assistance with a smile and i could honestly hear the smile whilst talking to her over the phone. Remarkable!!!

Little slow in between appointments. Otherwise very nice environment. In retrospect. Being a bit slow can also being attributed to being thorough. My pet wasnt traumatized which makes me a happy owner.

Dr Michelle from TAH parow is exceptional to say the least!!!! The way she handles animals and cares for their humans too is unheard of! I would also like to mention the staff of TAH Parow as they are always friendly and ready to assist, especially Liezl, she always goes out of her way to assist you, knows you by name, and is always so friendly. What a wonderful team! Thank you for what you do!

I have no experience with the other TAH branches, but I can say we have always received amazing service at TAH Parow since day one. Amazing and caring staff, from the front desk to the vet, I couldnt have asked for a better place to see to our fur babies health.

Great staff and stop. The pets love coming here for their yearly visit. I’ve never had any issues. They only open certain hours though so if you want to go after hours you have to go to the Bellville store.

We only use TAH Parow - the doctor there is always super caring and really takes her time with our cat. Definitely recommended.

I took my puppy for her 4 month injection and she had an allergic reaction to the medication. The doctor and staff were excellent and after 30 mins my pup was already improving. She was fine the same day. I only have wonderful things to say about Parow branch. Thank you once again!!!

Most unplesant animal hospital i know when it came to staff they never friendly and if you ask them about something they cant help you without seeing the animal and just pull up they shoulders.they can at least just give a referal or segestion instead of keep quiet and let you feel unwelcom.

Friendly, competent service but I dont appreciate the greediness of charging for simple things like stitch removal. Even people doctors dont do that. And their foods too expensive. I buy my dog food on Takealot now.
