It was First Rate....from the moment I arrived my cat and I were cared for. Although MissNuNu is a difficult cat the Vet managed her beautifully. She had all the care she required and is, a week later absolutely back to normal. I cannot thank you all enough and the follow up calls by my Vet was so appreciated.I would be very happy to recommend your surgery to anyone.

The owner really cares about your pet and he could even suggest a good groomer for our specific breed of dog.Needless to say we have been using that same lady going into year 3 now. ..oh,and my dog has healed perfectly after receiving emergency treatment here!

Owner Hamish currie was rude and unpleasant after I asked to be called if appointment delayed and asked me to leave premises. Absolutely abnoxious

They took good care of my dog, he seems fine after surgery. They nearly let me leave without paying though and then didnt give me banking details or confirmation of account settled. Also didnt call me back to check up on my dog after surgery. But the fanciest vet Ive ever been to, very clean and doesnt smell like F10.

We had arrangements to have a group of cats euthanized due to the owner passing away. They canceled on us on 99. Now we have a crisis as the cats have to be kept in a room until someone else can help us. All our plans for everyone who stays here has been compromised. So dont rely on them for reliable service.
