This KFC isnt in that league, the location is bad, not visible enough, it makes it looks like a township spaza shop. Its congested.

Well the service was so bad that I was the only person but my order took way longer than expected! 40mins that I even wanted to cancel!

They have poor customer service and the food is honestly not up to par. They could do a lot better.

I had a horrible experience with the food I ordered. They served me with a colonel burger which had very hard buns and wilted lettuce(it was discolored and brownish). On the side I had ordered plain chicken nugget but they gave me the spicy ones.

I ate the meat because I had paid for it. It was warm and hard. I asked for a thigh and drumstick and got a small wing and side breast, I dont even buy those cuts for home consumption. :(

I ordered and requested that my peaces be thighs, but when I got home I found drumsticks. I am not happy with their service.

Place was very clean and friendly staff.

I wanted to buy a meal with chips but they said they dont have chips and they didnt wanna give me something as substitute.

Services was very poor.. We had to wait on the queue for soo long because the stuff were angry at each other.. They were not working together as a team, which causes a delay when we order and after the order. And lastly they did not have what i wanted (street wise mix)

Waiting was too long. Slips had no cashiers name neither order number. Queues ended up being uncontrollable. Its never a good experience to wait an hour for an order to be processed.
