After my local KFC is out of order due to the unrest in Durban this has been my closest KFC. The food and quality of the food is excellent. Packaging and preparation is also not an issue. However the service is poor. It always takes longer to get served than the time it takes to prepare an order and in return resulting in incorrect orders.

Service not too shabby, too small and cramped inside.

Friendly staff members. Fast customer service and the outlet is really clean. I enjoyed the wrapsta box and I think its price is reasonable.

June 17 2020 i called 6 times wasted all my airtime on staff that could not understand me or take down my correct number and who could not call me back, just to place an order feesing a famiky of 4 which amounted up to R200, very poor customer service and phone etiquette spoke to supposed manager same story could not inderstand me resulted in airtime being waisted not even a call back, the deliver the order half as i orderd coleslaw and mash and gravy aswel i declined order as i ws unhappy with the order and poor disgusting service. I will never order or recommend anyone to order from the sparks road KFC ever again. I never had a problem with the other call center dealong with Springfield KFC branch.MaryamFrom overport

Terrible place to go for the breakfast menu. Their coffee machine has been broken for the last 2 weeks now. I have been here on numerous occasions within the course of the 2 weeks and its the same story. I wonder if the the technician is getting flown from abroad to fix it.

Unexpectedly nice and warm welcome from the ladies working there. Despite the heat they were down to earth and very open to customers. Welldone

Hello the food was good but the service is not good. The waiting time was long. Fifteen minutes. I am about that.

Easily accessible. Few chairs to sit inside only 3 to be precise. The about 4 six sitting per table outside.

Certainly not the best KFC in Durban. Location poor beggars seated outside store. Not my first choice.

Good trading hours. Friendly service. Highly Recommended.

My wife and I bought a streetwise and a twister at 8am today and they were both dry as a biltong. Had to buy a better meal for ourselves elsewhere because we were too far to come back and discarded that horrible food and a waste of our money..

Worst service Ive experienced at a KFC. My order took over 30mins. The workers were doing there own thing and the lady behind the till kept shouting for staff. It was a mad house.Not a pleasant experience!

Even though I was the only person in the store, I ordered 4 x bread loaves (which is already sealed) and had to wait 10mins.To top it off I was also charged for Wings.Very incompetent staff.

KFC isnt what it used to be, the wait seems to be a bit longer here though. Bare in mind if you in a rush

Terrible service my first experience went to buy strawberry crusher and they only gave me soda water wit a little stawberry juice..i drove back to the store to say the cashier it took 30 minutes to figure out there was no spirite in the machine to mix with the crusher..so i kindly said to the casher please add a little more strawberry juice..she said no must pay...and my petrol driving back there not even an apology damn. Today i bought gravy from there terrible you can taste the water mixed in it. Its late so most probably they used water to mix in the little gravy they had...lol never going back...poor service...cashiers got no smile when greating customers...so happy with the Sydenham branch...awesome taste chicken an good service...always greeted with smile...disappointed customer once again..
