Their chicken is juicy well prepared most of the time I visit with friendly staff

Been going here for 8 years... never disappointed

The food was of poor quality. The fries were somehow both stale and burnt and dont get me started on the chicken. It appears as though they boiled it to a level at which there would be water pouring out of it, then placed it on the grill for half a minute. Then they had the audacity to put it as it is in its packaging and pouring sauce in the packet. Has to be the worst chicken Ive had all year.And the service is poor. I ordered and payed 2 hours prior to the collection but had to wait 30 minutes for my meal anyway(which, may I add, was not worth the wait at all).Never again Nandos, not in a million years will you have a cent of mine again.

One of the better nandos in Durban, sitting is enjoyable to sit and have a meal even by yourself. The food is slightly better than other nandos.

I ordered ahead of time over the phone .... when I got there the food was not ready .And the order was wrong very disappointing indeed

Great food, excellent service and phenomenal food! The staff here is so generous they literally smile everytime they serve you and No! its not a fake smile😅Its genuine one. The atmosphere is great. Its a wonderful spot to chill and catch up with friends and also your family. A little warning though : space is limited so at times you may find the place fully packed with no free tables left.

My food was served on time and was served just how Nandos should be served coming off the grill.... fresh and piping hot. Credit goes to Sbonelo on the grill.....keep up the good work👌What can I say, everything was perfect. The staff are so friendly. The tables were clean and not grimy like some Nandos I have been to. Well done to the Manager for a spirit of excellence 👏

Service is always great and the staff is friendly. Food always delivered on time. I hace come here few times but most of the time I usually get take aways. Off all the Nandos I have been to and experienced this one always exceeds my expectations!

Previous rating was 1 star. But the last time i stopped there just before an interview, and the manager went out of his way to accommodate me.. Would recommend.

When I first ordered their chicken I was mouth watering compared to the other one I was used to but when I went there on Sunday I collected my order and when I got home I was disappointed because they did not put extra sauce as per my request. I did check my order before I left and they even put sticker saying special request 🙄🙄 but there was no extra sauceNandos people should know that some of us like their chicken with an extra sauce so if we request for it they must give us

My name is Yvonne Subrayan.I was in your Musgrave store at around 3pm.I ordered the 1/4 Chicken meal with wedges.On receiving the wedges one wedge in particular was undercooked.I sent it back to the kitchen with the waitress asking for a replacement.The manager arrived at my table and looked at me in astonishment.How could I ask for one wedge to be replaced?He duly replaced it with 6 wedges but again the first one I tried was under cooked.I sent it back.Please check on the quality of your wedges!!Not happy!

Located in a beautiful sport with ample parking and offering the best chicken foodstuffs in the business. Musgrave means if you must have grave joy, you must have Musgrave Nandos.

The establishment is very surprisingly small but it is cozy and very clean. They serve the mos tender and delicious Nandos chicken I have ever eaten.

One of my favourite establishments I only eat at this restaurant when visiting musgrave center. Be it on a romantic date with my partner or some fun with the girls or even when I just want to be alone, Nandos caters for all moods. The place is spacious and the staff are efficient and friendly. Ive never had a problem with any of meals in the past 10 years that Ive been going there. Besides under cooked chips which is understandable because it only ever happened when the restaurant is super busy. The place is halaal & its kid friendly. They even allow us adults to take balloons home. Hehe. Keep up the good workForever my favorite eatery
