Today on the 6th July 2021 at 19:02 pm, the service that I received from fundile at kfc Davenport square was so unpleasant. She was rude and even came out to the front to shout at us that we have been busy talking which was none of her business, yet our order wasnt called out or even showing on the display screen,yet my food was sitting on the collection area for some time.She also gave me an incomplete order where she left out the drink, on top of that she gave me the wrong drink which is supposed to come with bucket for 1.She later realized when I went to fetch my friends food that she didnt give me the drink.I am really disappointed with the service/treatment I received because I was hoping for better as a customer, and being undermined because I look young is not a suitable way to treat any customer.

Lovely fresh chicken! Really great fresh chips too. Pity about the awful sticky glue like sanitizer they force you to use at the door. It doesnt evaporate... it gets sticky on your handsile shampoo. Not anything you want to associate with.finger licking...

They must learn telling customers if they have what customers buy before payment. Otherwise anything else is perfect.Big up

Absolutely horrible services, they get orders wrong this was my first experience and I I made the bad choice of ordering again and paid on line through Uber eats and my food did not arrive, no one picked up thier line. Just horrible. I do not recommend.

Chicken was dry and over-cooked.

Bought chicken there last week. Was excellent. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately bought a burger meal for my dad in hospital today and it was not edible. Buns were terribly stale. The chicken inside was no better. I was really embarrassed and feel I wasted my time and money. Worst of all disappointed my very sick father.

Walking into KFC, the place is quite well composed and cleaned up so I was led to believe that I would have no trouble at all. I decided to order something and i was told that they did not have change. That is one of the most ridiculous things I had ever heard. A global fastfood chain did not have a cash float. Whats worse is when I stepped out of the line and everyone else behind me was served and given their change. I stood there for about ten minutes to observe if someone else would be told that the store did not have change but it turned out I was the only one. This is not the first time that KFC, Davenport has told me that. Ive also been struggling to tolerate another worker whose name I will not mention in this review because of the way she treats customers in general. Each time I have to deal with her its a different story. One time she purposefully didnt give me my complete order and left out a burger amd when I noticed it and cam back for it a few minutes later, she refused to give it to me and told I was lying. Another worker had to give me my order because they had been there when I had ordered it. Do not go to KFC if you are in a rush as the service is quite slow and the workers are rude. You shouldnt go if you are looking for somewhere to hangout as well.

Normally good but last night the chicken pices, pops and snack burger patties were burnt. I asked for 3 x chips and got home to find that only 2 were given. Extremely disappointing!

Its good when its good.... its a 50/50 game with them, Ive had good burgers from them just as much as I have had bad burgers from them - pointing finger at the Double Crunch - Crunch doesnt mean rock hard chicken fillet! - Staff isnt always friendly, and aircon in most cases never works. No security, beggars comes into shop while eating!

The meat has no kfc taste its just dull n tasteless most horrible kfc experience ever.The fries are death its like left over fries from last 9t. Im never ever buying from them and I wouldnt recommend any one to support such a terrible restaurant.

The people who work there they care about their customers and the services are good and fast

I found this spot quite busy after 5pm weekdays and especially on weekends, but the service is quick. Ive never been disappointed.

I just ordered the KFC Wicked Zinger Box Meal from KFC at Davenport Center, Durban. When I got home (a 3 minute drive) the food was ice cold and dry. The chips were so stale, as if they were 3 days old. I couldnt eat the food as it was so disgusting and cold and tasted a few days old. After waiting nearly 15minutes for the food, and i was only the third in the queue, I expected it to be hot and fresh. This is not the first time Ive had poorly prepared food from this store. What a waste of R80. Your store is disgusting and quality of food is of such a low standard I wouldnt even feed it to my dogs. You meed to do something about it.

The shift on Heritage day were horrible.I ordered three Krushers and they were all bad. It was almost a lung,couldnt suck it through the straws.When i raised it up the cashier reminded me what a Krusher looks like.Terrible experience indeed. Inhavent had problems before, the staff was loud and rude.

I stay near Davenport KFC and Im a regular customer there, service and food is usually good. Unfortunately I was so disappointed and furious by the service I received from Fundile OMG that lady is so rude, I just wanted ice-cream (R5,90) and she said to her colleague Its so annoying doing ice-cream, thats why I always tell them its out of stock, people who dont have money must just stay at home . She said this in my presence while preparing the ice-cream. Wow!!! Shes the rotten potato there! This is not the first incident with her, I made sure to get her name this time!

Its basically a standard KFC. The food is the same as others but the staff were slow and I needed to reiterate myself multiple times. The crowd was terrible. People loitering and being unnecessarily loud

KFC gets four stars for their fresh chicken. Unfortunately the grubby centre and surrounding area gets the one star. Being constantly confronted and harrashed by beggars doesnt help. Social injustice sadly.

The spot is a hub for everyone living in the area. Its in close proximities to Davenport Mall. The waitresses, cashiers are extremely friendly and willing to assist in any way. Queues are not so long as in other KFCs.

I ordered a 6 piece feast but only got 5 after waiting 20 minutes. their large chips was like a kids pocket chips even asked if it was a large and the answer was yes with that so what attitude.

Chicken not brown enough bun was cold and less sauce thnks.

Very bad service, been there on a few occasions and they take way too long for fast food.

Was not happy with them at all. Staff talking to friends and playing on their cell phones whist we waiting in a small cue of two people. No customer care. Took us 20 minutes to get chicken pieces. The chicken pieces were terrible, under cooked and soggy. Will never go to any Kentucky again. Had the same experience with the one in Montclair.
