Kfc services is pathetic, to the owner you are going to lose business big time as the staff you have is either overworked and tired were by the customer service sucks. Turn around time is very delayed on orders. Your manager is not trained well enough to handle situations. Very poor management. U have a digital board on order preparation and orders are on that list for over half and hour and the list builds. Your manager does not look at that to see whats the delays. To add more to ones misery their pack bog orders in one packet which ends up busting up and your order falls all over the floor. Very bad service,poor trained staff. Disgusting.

I cannot understand why KFC service has become so slow. Its supposed to be fast food but definitely take far longer than they used to.The chicken is decent, although pricey and the batter seems to have increased in volume to make the servings look large. I only eat there when I an in a hurry or just need a quick bite.

Their drink was a half when I went back to enquire they told me they had no ice but nobody told us anything about not having ice before we even buy the drink... Secondly their meat hard a funny smell, like they used an oil from 3 weeks ago. We waited in a line for more than 30 min coz they kept on serving uber eats drivers who came waaay after us... Horrible experience.

Im very disappointed with your service. I just ordered from Uber eats and my order is 1,5 litres Coke short. I asked the delivery guy David and he said the drink was not included in the order. You dont even have decency to pick up a phone.
