Food is amazing, however the time waiting for food is unbelievable. I kept enquiring, and was told numerous times, it will be 2 minutes... disappoint service...

Extremely poor service. I visited the store on 10 November 2020 at around 5.20pm. Order number 145. My order took about 35 minutes. Two staff were only taking orders. Prepared meals were stacking up but not packed and served. No interest in customers. I ordered the 6 piece special, large chips and large mash and gravy. It was pouring rain. When I got home and opened box there was 1 piece chicken short. Only 5 in box. I phoned and spoke to female Manager. She indicated I must drive back in the rain to collect 1 piece of chicken. I laughed at her suggestion. I told her I will complain to KFC head office. She told me she will deliver the 1 piece. Im still waiting. Overall pathetic service. Total arrogance and lack of customer service. Stay away from this KFC.

They always dont have all the food on the menue

The rating is for CINDY. She operates by herself in the front area. Always busy taking orders, packing and distributing. Hardworking person.

With the lockdown being relaxed ,the service seems to have improved. The attendants now greet and some even smile. Quality of servings has improved and have noticed they have a person who maintains social distancing and helps you to sanitize.

Why does a kfc based inside a busy mall only have 1 person working in the front? Every single day without fail, there is just the 1 lady named Cindy who works alone, taking orders, packing them and seeing to the delivery guys that comes for collection.. this puts a strain on her OBVIOUSLY ... making customers annoyed by the delay in being served.please employ more staff, as a customer who works in the mall, we have limited time for lunch breaks and every single time the wait at this KFC is around 45 minutes. Its not fair that you exploit 1 staff member to do everything at the front with no help.

So annoyed, have to wait more than 25 minutes for chicken....why not shut doors when theres no chicken? After all we come to KFC for meat.Whats more annoyed is meat being too hot and undercooked.Poor management!

Horrible service, you need to train your staff properly we waited for our food for almost 30 minute but we could see it’s out already but the lady was busy helping people who came after because they were not black... train them to deliver good service to the client I have experienced this several times

Worst kfc experience ever. This store is terrible. The food overall was like it was made the day before. Chips dry as hell. Zinger burger fillet dry and hardly any sauce. Also gave me a burger short . Had to go back a rectify. Only one person on duty at the front taking orders and packing. Also no salt, tomato sauce and servietts given.I can go on ranting but its no use. I even called the customer care line. Promised to send me a reference to my complaint. Nothing. I had to recall the next day. Not even management or the area coach responded. And if thats not bad we all got the runs. Im so sure it was the meal that we ate.

Its really hot there, the space is limited because of people who just sit there. But the food is nice, service can improve but overall its okay.

Well placed in a mall. Not a very long que(in my experience)... and food gets done quickly.

Why keep a store open without appropriate ingredients? This KFC never seems to have whats originally expected.The lady surving us seemed incredibly uninterested and despite us repeating our order back to her more than 3 times to ensure we got the correct food (its not the first time food hasnt been added) she still left items off the list.The food took so long to come out that by the time we received it we didnt want to bother to wait any longer to reorder the food that she didnt put through.

I had such an awful experience. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we decided to have an all in one meal. The coleslaw was only half filled in the container and the lady chased us away when we were midmeal. So disappointing

I don’t know what went wrong today but they tell me when I collect my meal that I upsized that there are no fanta or creamsoda buddies that I order and there is no chilli salt. The upsized chip was 3/4 full and the burger looked thrown together.Order 69821 dec 201810h22
