About a year ago, I rated this branch 4 stars. For the past 6 months every order was incorrect. The number on does not exist when I call. This is highly frustrating. Even MrD order were incorrect and I am still to get a response. Please get back to the service we once enjoyed.

If I could give 0, I would have. Every time Ive been there I left immensely frustrated! Undoubtedly the worst drive through I have ever visited! This is my first ever negative report - says a lot about this place!!!

We waited in a long line at the drive through and the line was not moving at all. I eventually skip the cue and bought food at KFC. They were also busy but I recieved my order within 15 minutes. McDonalds should do something about their extremely slow service during peak times.

I went back there and notice this time things have changed. My order went very quickly and the staff were efficient this time. I have noticed however that some people still have to pull over to the side to wait for something they have ordered. Overall great menu and i just love the McDonalds taste....

Drive thru Id always clogged up, for no great reason- just slow processing emanating from inside the store. But I love the ice cream 🍦

I had the most delicious Cajun Chicken Burger from McDs ever. All condiments where fresh and the burgers we ordered looked like they were about to do a photo up.Thank you for the wonderful service. 😀

I went to the drive thrue ordered the lady said nothing when i get to the window to oay she told me there was no water so i basically had to cancell my order after waiting 4 so long

Love this McDonalds. So disappointed that I couldnt get a Mocha this morning. The lady taking orders didnt seem to know why. A simple explanation would have sufficed. Had to persistently ask at the window.Oh well..

Charged full price for 2 meals ,no cold drinks as they dont have water but you are still charging me for it..... we can give you milkshakes , but you have to pay extra.

I have placed 3 orders over 3 months at the drive through. Not once did I receive the correct burger. They always have 1 less patty or no cheese. Basically. They are thieves.

Had a good meal (Sat 9thOct21) ,of which I ordered Med Chips ,Coke and a Sundae for dessert .Cashier forgot to issue me a spoon for the ice cream ,of which i had to walk all the way back (from the parking) to get one .

Takes forever to get your order and everytime we have gone. They have messed the order continuously. Do not recommend as an establishment to order food.

This is without a doubt the worst McDonalds in the COUNTRY !!. SLOW is not the right term. Ive been trapped in their drive in for over an hour, there is always a line of cars out the gate and best you check your order before driving away. Truly horrible and try complain by phoning or through the website. You CANT !!!

With minimal effort, the front desk staff can be friendlier and have a more respectful tone when talking to customers.

Worst experience ever!!! Wanted to grab a cappuccino quickly and rush off to where I was going. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru queue. This explains why McD great north is ALWAYS packed than KFC. We never go to McD because of the queues. Hope you find ways to improve your services. So disappointed.

One star is still too much.I always thought they were just busy, but now realized that they are just veeeery slow. Im sure I can drive to the new Spur drive through in Pretoria, buy a full mixed grill and drive back in the same time it would take to get a happy meal from this outlet.

We had the chocolate pie and it was to die for!However the quees are long and it seems like there was issues at the till, we waited a good 20min before we were helped.Other than the wait it was clean and the food fresh and good

Order takers through drive through NEVER get an order right.There mics and speaker crackles, some talking Americanized accents irretrievably frot only to be told Eishhh, sorry mum didnt get you when you arrive to the window.Check your order and slip especially with extra cheese on a cheese burger order, they charge you for 4 cheese slices when you order a cheese burger meal with extra cheese instead of 1🥴🥴

Very nice place. No problems everytime Ive went there the service was good. Can be very busy from time to time but if you dont mind the wait then its all fine.

I know I rate things in a strange way, but Im always looking out for something that makes the place memorable. As for this mcD, I was part of a wedding convoy very early in the morning and the people on duty were kind enough to open gates for me to use the restroom, the food was excellent and the order was correct even though we changed it up from the standard menu quite a bit!

Ive had food here many times and never had any problems but today one of my colleagues got a medium coke and ther is no flavor of coke in sight it tastes like iced soda water

We just ordered through Mr delivery..The first time in my live that I ordered Mc Donalds that the chips tastes stale like its 3days old and my chease burger and big Mac was horrible old. Disgustung Farrar mere Mc Donalds. 1st time never again...

The service was good and the food, especially the chips were nice and fresh, nothing worse than Chips done in old oil. Do thumbs up.

Really pathetic service...We were told to wait for 5 minutes for an iced coffee, and ended up waiting 15 minutes and nobody even brought it out to us. I had to park in front of the store doors and walk inside only to find it had been sitting there with the ice melting inside it...

Worst food that tasted like sour lemon, horrible customer services, burgers had no sauce capped with one small brown lettuce and half a potion of large fries given.And your customer services off line is pathetic with zero customer satisfaction and sympathy.

Poor service, incorrect order given, waited more than 15 min in store after placing our order & the manager on duty is clearly unable to resolve customer queries or manage staff properly.

1st time going here and I do not recommend it. I was looking at the price but I was charged something else. The staff is not trained and the food is not made according to the McDonalds standard. They were busy but was not an excuse.

We ordered an Oreo Mcflurry and a smartie Mcflurry. The Oreo one had only cookie dust, no chunks of cookie amd the smartie one had a layer of broken smarties. The pictures are a complete misrepresentation and at 30 rand a cup there should be plenty of smarties and at least one oreo cookie broken into chunks..

I used the drive thru once and got the wrong food, so now I park and go in store. The staff are not very friendly, but at least the order was correct.

On Saturday the 3rd. we waited 20 minutes in the queue, ordered a big mac Meal which when we got home there were no Fries inside. Also in one of the Chili Cheese Fries Medium (box was half Empty) so very unhappy as we are paying money to not receive our full orders. if i could give no star i would!!!

Service at this McDonalds was friendly, quick and efficient despite the very long queue of cars. The right order was processed and no waiting on the side for your food!

Didnt have the digital ordering boards which help a lot to customize your order and get what you want. Other than that its just a regular McDonalds. Nice location as its on the main road so could be on your way home.

I ordered a Happy to share meal yesterday 23/06/21 only to find out when we arrived at home that there was one burger missing!!!!!!! This is not the first time that this has happed to me. Unacceptable!!!!

Bought a McDonalds chicken Mc meal and guess what.. Its raw.. The patty is raw and these guys dont care.. They have not even bothered too reach out to appologuise for a raw chicken meal.. We have Covid19 to worry about... Now we have to worry about raw chicken being served too.. Its even more dangerous... Well done

The local McDonald’s. Convenient but does seem to have inconsistent service. Can also be busy at times and not all items on the menu available.

Greeted with a warm smile and manager went out of his way to help me redeem my voucher witch unfortunately my phone battery died n he assisted by finding a charger for my phone. After few minutes charging he showed me how the Mc Donalds app works. Thank you, keep up good work.

They constantly overcharge, so make sure you check your receipt. You then have to get out of your car and go in, to get your money back and no apologies or any. They manager of the drive through was extremely rude. The bad service has put me off completely.

Most of the time we have to wait for our food in the parking lot. Even just to having and icream. Been there once again and it was one of the worst experiences. The patties had a strong chilly taste to it, the hashbrowns was very oily and salty. To top this off my daughter ordered an icecoffee could not drink it was disgusting 🤮. This was the last stop there.

Very load and unhelpful staff. Walked in after signing a sheet for COVID-19? Walked to counter and started ordering, the person taking the order started screaming to the kitchen staff and halfway through our order told us to go to the Cafe counter to order, and left. At the cafe counter we had to start order again, but theres no menu here. After me getting agitated someone said the first person locked her system as she was due to go on lunch... I understand you need to take lunch but not halfway through taking my order, Im highly disappointed with the management of this McDonalds as this is very unprofessional and I would think twice about going to this branch again.Hopefully they will upgrade this branch soon and have electronic order taking machines that wont just leave halfway through you giving them our order, sadly (not) this would reduce the staff requirement....

Cheap food and quick to get

A very pleasant experience. Super friendly staff that worked on the night of 15 Nov 2020 and very fresh food. Lettuce and tomatoes on burgers looked like it was just harvested.

I always chek my order before I leave, most of the time its 100% sometimes I need to ask for butter for the corn or dip for nuggets, otherwise its awesome!

I swear the ice cream machine has been broken here for atleast 3 years.

Our order got swopped with another customers at the drive through, so we had to park in go inside to get the orders fixef. And when we got home, got notifications we were charged twice for our order! Now we must go back today and get a refund!?!

We did the drive through, pretty efficient. Not a fan of how McDonalds generally has the same employee taking one customers payment while taking another customers order - I hope its due to Covid-19 rather than them not wanting to deploy/employ an extra employee.
