Food was ok. There is really no point in having a drive through when it is quicker to go into the restaurant to order and collect your food.

Nandos is a beautiful restaurant. Up and Down the country - very elegant.Interesting fact: Nandos is the largest collector of African art in the world and it honestly shows.Food is always bomb.Two thumbs up👍🏽👍🏽

The food is great, but the Drive-thru is veeeeery slow. Something needs to be done with it.

Drive through, rather spare yourself the frustration and go place your order inside. Nandos North mead please the customer experience through your drive through facility is beyond frustrating.

Service is fairly good, sometimes when using the drive thru double check your order as they easily get it wrong and their drive thru is always packed month end so rather go in and make your order if you not in a rush but their chicken is always juicy and fresh.

Worst drive thru experience ever at nandos. since nandos moved, not sure if they also changed staff?? Slowest service ever.. waiting to get your food, theu take forever and still give you caramel sauce even though you specifically said chocolate!!! Slip says choc but they gave me caramel!! Dessert ruined! the preggo roll chicken had absolutely no flavour.. not even salt!!! Not sure if il go back myself.. but its a no from me..Also, they need to rethink their drive thru structure.. who ever decided that was really not thinking about how much traffic they will be making on a MAIN ROAD, which is really dumb - for lack of a more appropriate word..

Slow service, waited while delivery drivers attended to first.Still no feedback except that they asked me to come see if problem was fixed?........

The guy with glasses at least know how to pack and due to Covid regulations the order need to be packed separately not to remind the staff all the time to pack separately and for that matter every order has its own packaging

Not the best meal, but the staff were friendly, hence the 3 stars instead of 2.We asked for extra sauce on the chicken, they forgot to add it. The garlic rolls werent the freshest weve had from Nandos.Overall, one of the more underwhelming Nandos experiences.

Tricky entrance ....needs to be marked clearly but once you know where to go the food is not bad. I dont recommend the chicken livers as a main meal due to the small portion sizing. I was going to call it in but threw away my till slip with my order number 🙄

A pity that there is no zero star rating. This branch has the worst service of any takeaways. Every time we order the order is always wrong. This last time half the order was missing. The food itself is not bad but good luck actually getting it.

We normally come here at least 2 times per week. Your service always SUPER. BUT tonight 8 June 2021 was a DISASTER!!!!!!!! We arrived at the drive thru at 17H45 and its now 18H46 and we only placed our order now!!!!!! Really your service is PATHETIC tonight, we had to repeat our order 4 times...... The food was good but the cashier got my order wrong.When I went to query the order he had gone on a walkabout.I was hungry and ate the food anyway.When I was almost finished he returned and could only apologize.

We did not get the extra sauce that we requested so the chicken is dry. We asked at drive thru if they put in extra sauce and they said yes. We could not check because there was already a long line behind us cause its afternoon peak time. Very disappointed.

Service inside was bad in that orders were prepared and waiting for over 30 minutes to be served to in-store pickup customers. The restaurant must realise that 30 minutes is lunch time spent in waiting.

HiWe were ignored at the counter to order food. No apology given either and we walked out. Nando can obviously afford to lose customers

The drive thru que is insane, even when u place order for pick up but to arrive at their packing lot is a mission impossible especially on Fridays

Absolutely horrid.Dirty and the service desk, leaky packaging and staff that ignores you. Would not recommend. Rather drive to another one thats a bit farther to another branch and not get ill from this place.

Very spacious on a very quiet Suburb. Service very good. The restuarant is clean and spacious. Waiting time is less than 15 minute.

Very busy last Saturday evening and had to wait 45 minutes for a take away order. Also suggest one checks what is packed in the take away bag. I watched what was being packed and noticed there was one item short. When I asked about it I was told it is in the bag. I asked that it be checked ...only to find it was not in the bag but standing on the counter. The take away packer needs help...more hands needed. So, a long wait and a cold meal by the time I got home.

Nandos is delicious no matter where you get it from... the only issue was we didnt get the extra lemon and herb sauce we had asked for so the bread rolls were dry with the chicken.
