I must apologize to McDs. I inadvertently gave them 1 star but commented that the service was excellent. Ill give them 5 stars for their service but 3 stars for the food. Nothing wrong with the food but I dont expect 5 star food at a fast food outlet😉.

So I usually only review places that deserve a 5 star review. Im only doing this one because earlier today I ordered a large chocolate milkshake and when it arrived it was only just over 3/4 full. This was frustrating because it was not the first time this has happened to me with this particular branch. I love McDonalds milkshakes and I feel that one branch shouldnt bring down the whole brand down. Please guys dont let your standards slip it would really be a shame

They are usually good. But the last few times I found them not up to standard. Double check your food when getting it.

I wish that the staff would listen and record orders correctly!!! We repeated our order three times, yet STILL received incorrect items. Also, when customers request no ice in their drinks, is it so difficult to respect that??? The receipt shows no ice, but all drinks had ice. We live in Springs so was not possible to return to the shop when we found that the order was incorrect. Please be a bit more careful.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a spicy mac feast and they delivered the normal one .The burger was so disgustingly undercooked I couldnt finish 😫Very terrible mac Donalds Ive ever eatenWorst infact 😡

Food is McDonalds quality. Exactly what you expect which is good... keeping the standard. Lets take a closer look though. Once entering, the big LED-screen menus behind the counter were damaged, and two were flickering like an old VHS tape. Then we sat down and noticed a hair on our table... not mine nor my colleagues, as he is bald and I have light brown hair. Just made me wonder if cleanliness is a priority here, especially in these times. Moving on, my Cajun chicken burger was delicious, and my bald colleague was jealous for sure as he went for a plain chicken burger. We left satisfied with a great taste in my mouth.

Never fall for their advice. They recommended Pie Sunday which was not nice. How can you put a hot apple pie inside of an ice cream.

Drive through queue standing still for full 4min. Inside queue just as long and slow. Only 1 teller at lunch time in a Friday

Service was great and quick as I was taking kids to school in the morning 👍👍

The drive thru gets crowded at times during the day as a lot of people use that McDonalds while at work to get lunch

I love how they fairly distribute the cheese on your double Chilli cheese burger

I was in the queue for the drive through and because the branch was very busy the queue did not move. I decided to park and go and place my order inside. I bought x4 meals with drinks. When I recieved my order at the counter I commented to the lady, I wonder if I will make it to my car with all the stuff I had to carry but she didnt take any note of me. I proceeded to my car anyway, (I was alone) , with my hands full I placed the 4 drinks on my cars roof. Unfortunately the paper cup holder was not strong enough for the cups and they tipped over, spilling, I could only save two of the drinks. Yes the branch was busy, but I felt that if the lady took note of what I was saying to her, she could have suggested either to give me an extra cup holder to support the drinks or to offer help to my car. Courtesy means a lot, when it comes to customer care.

Kinda dissapointed with the iced coffee. Was really good in the beginning but the last 2 times it was been very watery and weak.

Waiting time is no problem if the employees would explain to you. Instead they just leave you in the dark. Ordered a boujie bowl and only got half a slice of houlumi cheese 😏

Service is terrible. If you are inside they will make you wait until the drive through customers are seen to before they consider you. Food stands for a long time before anyone notices.

Wow!!! This morning was by far the best service ame experience ever received at a drive through window!Thulani took our order, extremely pleasant and friendly and spoke clearly! He even offered an upsell on the mega mcmuffin!At the window he was quick to do payment, adhering to Covid protocols and still so friendly. His energy was contagious!Next window for collection, another gentleman assisted and was just as pleasant!Congratulations McDonalds Benoni!!! Look after your staff, they are most impressive!!!! Made my day!

Finding the drive thru closed at 6:45 was not ayoba. Surely, they know thats the peak hour for breakfast. When the store was eventually opened, they didnt even realize we were queing until we screamed for help. The service was superb. The management just needs to sort the starting times

Drive through didnt get the order correct. Ordered 1 spicy chicken foldover & 2 cappucinos. When we got home 2 normal chicken fold overs and surprise surprise in 1 cappucino I had to take a cockroach out of my mouth🤢 when I took the last sip. Did not want to give any stars but you cant post without it

I was met by friendly face and was served fresh food on my early morning visit. This was despite the appearance of being short handed and with quite a few customers to serve.

Not the best service overall. The guy taking the order was awesome and friendly to talk to.My bad experience was at the pick up window... I waited sibling for the food. Was asked 3 times for my slip and still at the end they did not give me my drink.I realised it when I had left the place. Called them to tell I didnt get my drink and that I forgot too...I could not turn back . I was not willing to go again on drive through and wait long.

My experience was worse. I took my sin to spoil him with big mac meal. So I ordered two guess what only one meal was packed

Food quality is good, BUT the chances of them getting an order rite when going through the drive through is slim to none almost to the point of 0% correct.

I would like to share my dissatisfaction at the service received at this McDonalds. I was at the till and stating my order and the lady at the till said she couldnt hear me. I then raised my voice so she could hear me better and then she said that I shouldnt shout at her, she is also a human. I was baffled at her claim and told her its because she couldnt hear me. And then followed to ask her what I should have done differently. She said I should have lowered my mask or leaned in closer towards her. I couldnt understand her request because its covid times and the regulations clearly state our masks need to cover our noses and mouths and we need to keep a safe distance from others. And these are the same people who say they wont help us without our masks but yet she wants me to remove my mask so she can hear me better?I am really not impressed with the way she handled the situation and her suggestion to deal with the situation. Her tone and attitude was not appreciated at all. If she was having a bad day she shouldnt take it out on customers.
