McDonalds Kit Kat (Benoni) is always our preferred branch, not only is it clean but staff are friendly and the food is always amazing.Today when my car broke down in the drive thru an incredible young man by the name of Hloni (I hope I have the correct spelling) not only helped me push the car out, insisting I climb in and he push it (its a double cab) but then he also helped me find a cellphone charger so that I could get assistance. He was so friendly and still assured me not to worry and that customers are family. A real asset to McDonalds brand. Thank you once again Hloni for everything.

Hi, ordered chili cheese fries told them to put extra jalapeños. And I clarified. It came cold and no jalapeños at all.Places another order for delivery and took more than 2 hours to come.

Waited 25mins in the drive thru and than still told to go wait in the parking bay for another 15mins just for one frappe. Drive thru supposed to be quick.

Food came 3 hours late and I still had to pay the full amount.. The food was all mixed up and squashed and they did not even bring me the correct food which I had ordered

The service was great , I received the actual order that I ordered and the drive through waiting time was reasonably good. Great service after all

Im a regular client at this restuarant and lately the service is getting worse. The food is always short of something and they will leave you standing at the parking lot waiting for your food as if you have nothing to do that day.

Love the professionalism here, the staff is always kind.

Im so mad! What an inconvenience! They got our order wrong and this is not the 1st time. My advice is check the order before you leave, open your burgers and see if theres enough patties open the chicken foldover box and check if they have all the right ingredients.

Ordered a Normal chicken foldover and they gave me a spicy one and i only saw that when I got Home. Im hungry and i dont eat spicy foods now i must Cook because of their negligence. I am so annoyed coz even the slip doesnt say its a spicy chicken foldover

I loved the service a lot. The only bad thing was that I did not have my fries with Ketch Up. I am going to go there often its less crowded & very tranquil. I enjoyed myself.

Ive been coming here very often because I stay nearby theres no service no such thing as drive thru you can be the only car but still wait 20 to 25 minutes for your food always please wait in reserve they just need to sort out their timing and service
