Perfect! The service is very good 👍. The rooms are perfect!

Poor quality toilet roll. The cheapest of them all. Too disappointing. Went to the mall to buy myself a better tissue paper.It was a room for 3, i.e. 2 adults and 1 child but the supplies were for one person. 1 small soap and small conditioner 👎. No sanitizer and no handsoap in the rooms. We live in different times. That should be the most important supplies in this times.

Its okey for those 1 night stay overs, Very convenient next to mediclinic.

I work at Gram Modeling Agency and we booked Ivory tusk to do a photoshoot we really enjoyed working there the lodge is beautiful and very classy too.

We spent 2 weeks at this place😍😍 I was so in love with the staff, their warm welcome and the effort they took to make sure our stay was a bliss. From extending their love with a complimentary trip to their sister lodge: Letaba River Lodge to allowing us a closing gala dinner the night before our departure. Truly an amazing trip and stay. I am definitely returning to this place again and most of my colleagues said the same. Jeanine and the team😍🤗🤗

A fordable, next to Medi hospitals, pace full, and a very nice place.

I was worried that during the conference or training i will get home sick and if i get ill no one will care for me. But the staff treated us like family and made the training pleasant for us. And the day I had an episode they helped me and always made sure Im alright. Thank you for the hospitality.

Really a bad experience. The room was smelly and extremely hot. Aircon didn’t work. Reported it at reception. Told them the door didn’t close properly as well. A guy came and checked only the aircon. Was told he would return, needless to say he never came back. The bathroom sink had ants, the toilet cover didn’t fit. The floors were dirty. It’s sad when one visits a town to rest for the night and end up counting sheep. I paid for breakfast, which I didn’t have as I just needed to get out of there.

My family and I spent a night on the 8 of September, it was a good night sleeping place. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I would recommend anyone needing to sleepover to wake up refreshed for their next journey. Well done 🤗🤗

Beautiful place.

Could use some maintenance. Windows in both our rooms couldnt lock, and it was very noisy until very late. The TV in the reception area is not a great idea as this was where people (staff?) got together and only after getting up after 23:00 and asking them to be quiet, it got a little better. Must add that the staff was very friendly and helpfull although we came in late and had to get up very early the next morning.

Dusty, no blanket, only a bed spread and a sheet. Pillow uncomfortable. Only one towel provided. Kitchen closed over the weekend. No sign posts. Difficult to find. 😩

The trees and the greenness of the place make it cool and beautiful. Its uphill position makes it quite fantastic.

The place was not neat....especially the bathroom, it had an unpleasant smell. The floor was dirty. Im definitely not going back ! It was my first,and last time!!!

The place is very nice. The challenge I had was with the TV remote not responding as well as the door was difficult to unlock and remove the key.

Rooms are clean. Bathroom just needs little attention. Otherwise all good.

If i could 0 stars i would. Worst service ever as they gave away our reservation that we made months in advance to some anc department....what a joke. After this fiasco they sent half of the group to their other lodge thats even worse. Never ever support this joke of an establishment. They respond to 5 star ratings but not to bad ones.

The ANC convention guests staying in your lodge had music blaring outside our window all night long. They were parked at our bedroom window screaming, shouting and blaring their music from their car until 5am! No staff bothered to ask them to keep quiet in respect to other paying guests. When arriving for breakfast, we were told there was no bacon, coffee or juice, but we could have eggs, tomato and a russian, which we conceded to only to be told 2 minutes later that they in fact could not give us any breakfast as they had run out of eggs too. All round pathetic service and the worst place Ive ever stayed in on what was supposed to be a quiet getaway

Professional friendly staff, clean rooms and up to standard, not far from the mall.

They try very hard and its good for an overnight destination but no longer than that. They need someone to do required maintenance in the rooms. Rails falling off, vanity doors which are skewed etc.

If I could give 0 ⭐ I would. The Thunder Tour made a booking for 120+ people 6 months ago and they did not book us. We were 65 muscle cars and was traveling from Ellisras to Tzaneen. We were supposed to book in at 16:00. We were tired and it was getting dark. They are very disorganized and slow to help. By 18:00 the still tried to sort it out. At the end we hade to split the whole group and book somewhere else. It was an absolute nightmare.

Noicy, people fighting, domestic fighting, screeming, 6:30 in the morning, toilet door broken in room, general maintenace in rooms need attention. Only Riccoffee no Nescafe. TV could not change channels. Was not good overall.

The place is nice and clean the only problem is about the wifi that keeps on cutting or tripping whilst you in the middle of your assignment..

Well suited accomadation with a desh of nature

Stayed there for a week and the room was just okay, the bed was so stiff and uncomfortable, no extra blanket provided, either than that it was just fine, close to Tzaneen lifestyle centre for convenience. There was no bar fridge so not good for long term stay, also, there was no wi-fi in the rooms.

Food are delicious, rooms are clean and great for conference guests
