The Spa ♨ was out of the world. The Spa is next to rooms where people lodging were loud defeated the experience of the relaxation. I was frustrated and couldnt really relax with the noise and party right outside about 2metres away. To travel from Polokwane to Tzaneen for a glimpse of the experience.

Fantastic Staff always helpful. Friendly, Helpful Staff will keep customers returning for more. Keep it up. We enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfasts! Make sure you Speak to Freddy for a round of golf on their 18 hole golf course. And ask for Joe at the Bar he will keep your glass full and a smile on your face.

I went there for a massage a week ago & had an amazing experience... The masseuse did her job with passion and took her time to make sure everything was done properly.. their products also made my skin feel amazing & the environment is very relaxing

I was out on a business trip with my colleague and on our way back I needed to grab something to eat. I saw Fairview Hotels sign on the side of the road and went in. There was nobody else but me and my colleague there. The drinks were almost instantly served after ordering and the Chicken Snitchel I got was very nice as well. The atmosphere was calm and cozy. I had a great meal and we left thinking that there will be a next time.

Just got here around 12:30 at the beautiful site next to the river where i want to enjoy a meal and some drinks with my friends, we got there and no one attended us for 20 minutes, i even went to the kitchen side to check if i could find anyone so we can place an order as we were starving, some lady got there didnt even greet us, handed a bill over to the couple that we found there , ignored us and got ito the golf cart and drove off.I wasnt expecting anything like this since i even booked a table but we got there late, im beyond disappointment.

Beautiful place with lots to do. My husband particularly enjoys golfing while I visit the spa. Its a win-win

Fairview stood by its name. A clean, quiet, beautiful lodge with a golf course and lovely scenery.The lodge was quite welcoming except for the fact that i found it weird that they were selling sanitizers. Rooms have a note which explains that the rooms are disinfected. There was no temperature screening for the incoming guests.There was a compulsory (free) sanitizer normally used by guests checking into the hotel, other than that i would advise that you either bring your sanitizer or buy one at the reception.The service was great and the staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Fairview is one of the best Lodges i have ever went to, we booked Fairview to do a photoshoot for a magazine cover and the photos are amazing, you should consider going there to free your mind.

The venue is beautifull but there was a few problems with our stay unfortunalty. The water pressure was a problem and there was dirt coming out of the taps. The aircon was not working properly and when we turned on the kettle it tripped the power of our unit. I think the general upkeep is lacking. Otherwise we recievef excellent service from the staff and breakfast was great. If upkeep is improved I would easily give 5 stars.

Great place. Tranquil n relaxing.Reception staff went out of they to accommodate us. Spa staff were friendly n followed up appointment. Restaurant staff made us feel VIPs. Made sure we were properly fed. Accommodation ( Fairview village executive spa suite ) was too die for. Spacious , clean. Caters for all your needs.

The food was abysmal and service lackluster and in entirety lacking chutzpah.

A beautiful venue with all necessities needed to relax for a weekend away or on work overnight stay. The premises has Spa and Golf Course as well.

Had 5 rooms dont recommend room number 11 to 13. Old room with some damp smell, but thoughtfully they provide some fragrance, recommend room 4 to 8. They are new rooms. The look and furniture looks new, the food was good. Service was attentive. Left me leather jacket there thank to the staff to courier it back to me. Will go again

The Fairview Hotel is the place to stay when in Tzaneen! The par 3 golf course is a little gem and will surely test your golfing skills. Go make a day of it! You will not be disappointed.... Enjoy!

Loved it to bits, the food was delicious too...

Came in for lunch with friends, we were not welcomed at the door, and we were not attended to by anyone for at least 20 minutes after we seated ourselves. We ended up leaving. I came back with my family later for dinner who happened to be staying there and service was pretty much the same. We only got our food after over an hour after ordering.

Very well kept fax facility with very nice garden , good menus. Also has a golf course a five star hotel as well as luxury spa.

The hotel staff were really nice. I enjoyed my self at the ladies bar. Their breakfast selection was quite small; about three options I think.

The place is beautiful but the service there is very poor! Sat for close to 15 minutes in an unbusy restaurant with not even a single waiter attending to me! Eventually left still kot having received not even the slightest service.

What a let down! The experience is not even worth 2 stars. Insects from the thatched roof kept falling on my face whilst trying to sleep at night. The television did not work at all. The service at the restaurant was retarded at best. Why is the hotel deemed 4 star? It beats me.

A great place to stay. The rooms and view are excellent. However the restaurant is bang average.

The tv remote not working and they can make a map of the grounds to show were you are staying as we got lost and drove around and around looking for our accomodation also a general info leavelet in the room would help with info like contact nrs and how coffeemaker works etc. The accomafation are A++
