Drive through a bit slow but food still good

Even though it was freezing in there service was fast and food good

Great service, sometimes lacks Veggies at Night.

Very slow service for sit in customers and quick service for drive through ,,six cars pass before one of us inside is called to collect. This must improve as a matter of urgency

One of the best KFCs in Springs and surroundings. Their service is fast and food is fresh. I generally do not order meat but I do a lot of burgers/wraps and they are always on point.Staff there is always friends and alive. Even if you dont offer R2 that day you dont really get a judgmental face when the cashiers. Parking slots are a bit few for those month end days but because of their fast service its mostly alway on and out

Ive ordered on the intercom when i arrived on the payment window the was no one then i waited more than 5min then i decided to move to collection window they told me the food its finished

Friendly staff fast service

Placed my order at the window. Repeated it twice for a zinger burger and a zinger twister. Received a sweet chilli twister and a colonel burger after we were told that they are preparing the zinger patty for the twister and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. We ordered a Sprite with no ice but received a coke with ice. No salt in the takeaway bags either. Pathetic Service

The drive through order was okay...sad part is that i was asked to wait for the chicken was being prepared. Told me to wait 15 min then they will bring it to me. After 30 min...nothing...went inside to query and the orders was actually lined on the counter and a parking full of clients...sad to know the service given is not the same as the promises made to clients... Seems like if you want to get your food there...place the order before you go or you will end up sitting in a parking waiting

Fairly quick service. Their foods thus far have been properly cooked (unlike other neighboring KFCs). Nice and friendly staff too.

Stood 20 minutes in the drive through que for a single creme ball.Only to be told there was no ice cream.When i drove out, 2 couples came walking out with ice cream.Was simply a case of poor customer service
