Best KFC ever. I ordered two twisters, chips, hot wings and I received my order in less than 2minutes. I could not Believe it.I love it. You all deserve a raise and good management . The queue was long but the service was very quickly

This has became the worst KFC around, you go to drive though for the lady to say come inside system is offline. This has happened 3 times. Not to mention incomplete order everytime I order pap for my daughter n the last two times there was no soup

KFC Kwa Thema is amazing,not to crowded and the service is good

As you know that these days its very hot but at Kwa Thema KFC, it is so refreshing to be inside... There is fresh air, however I found the service very poor because the shop was closed to empty but I had to wait in the queue for a long time just to order ice cream...I dont know whether they are short staffed or what...and after waiting so long the ice cream was so Small and I asked why...they told me that its the new scale because bosses said they put too much...That ice cream is too small, I had to buy another one when I got to Jozi...Otherwise the environment is so clean and refreshing.....

The manager or is it a assistant manager but she was working on the 23/11/2019 around about 19:10, She is very rude as two of the cashiers needed her attention while she was still attending the driver tru cashier instead of tell the 2 cashiers that Ill assist you now she just looked at us and avoiding us, then when she finally came 1 cashiers was a guys he had a problem that he made a wrong payment option instead of card he said cash and finalised the sales and the other cashiers wanted a supervisor code on the speed point to process my payment she just putted the code and left no sorry for making me wait then she is yelling at other guy in front of us customers. Am asking my self who appointed her on management and where did she get her training?
