I made an order online 1st time they said it wasnt their KFC imagine they just checked on the till whereas order was paid already my husband had to come back without the food then I went back to show explain to them that my online order shows KFC Fifth Avenue and Im already coming from another KFC thisIs the last stop as it was the most nearest. Finally found help I feel it was poor service as they didnt exhaust all possible options to check order

You dont stand or wait too long to receive your order. They meat has never smelled or tasted like they were burned or cooked with old oil.

My experience at this food outlet was very below standard.Firstly, I was told about a 20 minutes wait for the chicken to be ready. I bought a double box something which said, 2pcs, 2 hot wings, chips and a sugar free drink for R49. 90.I was asked what flavor and told the lady to make it a sprite. When I got my change, the receipt indicated an additional R1,00 change and the lady said its because I chose a different flavor instead of coke. The display only said sugar free drink and said nothing about additional change if one chooses other flavor instead of coke.After waiting for my order, customers who were also waiting for the chicken were called out first even though they made their orders after me.Having said that, I will not recommend this outlet to anyone.

I was disappointed to eat tasteless hot wings, no salt no chillies. The place was dirty, i had to wipe my own table

Business-wise this is a perfectly positioned KFC outlet that is a stone-throw-away from the Springs taxi rank. As dirty as the taxi rank Is, this outlet is always clean! I applaud the effort of the workers there who do their best to keep it clean and pleasant for enjoying ones meal. They are the best!

Waited more than 25 mins for my order, my lil one needed the bathroom, the guard or person manning the eating facility upstairs andwho stood at the stairs and has full view of customers ordering,did not want us to use the facilities despite him having seen us waiting for our order and demanded a receipt!? Wont be returning there in a hurry!

KFC chicken like the rest of them. Staff relatively friendly. Bathrooms locked if o e mist use the bathroom they must go ask for key then give it back.The location is also neither clean nor safe. It is located right next to the train station, taxi rank and Springs hotel, which should be renamed to Springs brothel and tavern. Extremely limited parking.

First time ever in my life that I have came across a KFC that was out of lettuce which means we werent able to by any burger on the menu. The event didnt have salt ..salt?

Its not situated in the cleanest or safest of areas. And inspite of them having 4 tills available, they only operate 1 till even during peak time.

On the 10 December 2016 i went there with my 16 and 6 year old kids, we bought a family feast to sit in, upon us going upstairs the eating area was filthy when i brought my concern to the manager in charge for the day, it took him 10 minutes to attend to my concern and the person who was then sent to clean the place did even know what to do. when i asked him for his cloth to clean the tables as my kids were complaining, they wanted to eat, the guy requested that i go in the ladies rest room and fetch him a bucket that has water and the cloth i requested. i completely lost it, they wipe their tables with cloths that are kept in the TOILET just imagine the number of germs and all sorts of deceases are there. we take our families to eat there and yet hygiene is the thing they think about. i sounded like an alien when i wanted them to clean the place. KFC this is unacceptable!!!!!!!

First of all, this KFC has a very very small waiting area, therefore it is always very crowded especially during peak hours and weekends. There is also inadequate parking space which is not enough to cater for all the KFC customers as well as other shops in the vicinity. The intersection where KFC is located is usually very busy and dangerous especially to small children

Meat took forever as they did not want to cook alot of meat because they did not know how many people would come as a result the customer needs to wait for them to start cooking the chicken however the cashier had great peoples skills and very interactive.
