Excellent service we got from this KFC. They have the new self ordering system which I like and I would like to see on other KFC franchise. The store was very clean and Covid 19 regulations were followed. Truly appreciate the standard service excellent👍

Shocking service!! Went through the drive-thru to get a simple breakfast at 09h45.Was told to wait in the parking lot as they are still busy.I though its a drive-thru, not a park-thru.

We in the store when a huge rain storm cane down, power went off and on about 3 times for short periods, staff handled it very calm and professional, and orders went smoothly 💯

Ordered a bucket for one trio nuggez and because it is lock down level 4 we did not want to miss the curvey so when they called our checkout number we rushed to the checkout point grab our food and left at that stage we went home and when we opened the carry bag and opened the bucket there was a few chips a chicken drumstick and not nuggets instead zinger wings which I did not order!! Also the coke I received did not have ice in and the chips was so hard and old it was the absolute worst experience I ever had at a KFC

I could not oder the online exclusive so the manager helped me and order it from his phones. It was about 3 minutes and the food was ready. And it was a big order aswell. 5 starts to this place and the manager

Slow service but fresh food

Service was very bad..waited 15 min for box master..only to get it and it eas overcooked..very hard..but its not the first time..when you get there food is never prepared quick..always waiting long in the drive thu then staff expect people to stand around in the parkong lot..

I frequently go to this KFC honestly their service is nothing to complain about, simply bad. On one occasion I got oil soaked chicken that was probably a day old. I will not use Springsgate KFC.

Ordered 1 wrapsta box and 3 all star boxes and one fully loaded box meal and to my surprise my entire family had more to eat than me even though I got myself the fully loaded box meal I had one piece of chicken one small chips and one burger and that was it thank you KFC Springs Gate for the awful service

I bought the 6 pieces special last night, 2 packs, i regret every moment!! The chicken pieces tastes like theyve been cooked by old oil. It was very hard! Not fresh! Yhow.If you want fresh food dont ever go to this store you will regret. My R130 down the drain.They dont even deserve 1 star.

The food was good and the service friendly........but....we didnt get salt,pepper,and only one sachet of ketchup for three meals! Really disappointing!

The scenery is great. Perfect for a Sunday lunch with the family. Peaceful, clean and great food.The interior decor is okay, its the same decor youd find in most KFCs. The lighting isnt too bad, since its mostly natural light. Most of the downlights only switch on when it starts becoming dark.

Late night is a pain. I waited in the drive through lane for more than half an hour.

Had to wait 45Minutes for a simple three piecemeal while some people who came after me were randomly served. I enquired about the odd action and I got an unsatisfactory reason. I suspect that certain individuals are irresponsible in that place.
