The visit was good, service super,. My only problem is, can their pieces be fried to the core please

I was on drive through and they got the order wrong. I had to make two transactions. Even when collecting, the drinks were not as per the order. Their food was fresh though.

I ordered 2 all star boxes and 4 dunked wings but they delivered 2 chicken boxes and no dunked wings

Absolute disgusting. Ordered 6 piece and asked for no legs, got 2 legs... was totally overcooked and dry. Burgers were nice. Phoned to complain and the inconvenience of going back there is not for me. Thats why i wont go back

I dont know what happened, but it looks like one customer was given a wrong order, while on drive thru,we have to wait for her ,so that they can make her a new order.An once I was given a wrong order,I was told to park at the car-park so they can fix my order.Am asking myself why it didnt happen yesterday to that customer who was given a wrong order..?..it means theres no standard, we had to wait for another 10 min for them to make a new order for that customer,on top of the time we waited on the queue?..(She should have been told to park at the car park so that we can have a way).The service of Selcourt KFC is slow and on top they it shows they mostly prepare wrong orders for the customers.The service is poor xem,compared to other KFCs...KFC have Active workers,determined and quick..but as for the workers at Selcourt KFC,I fdont know whats going on..

Extremely slow on service, ordered online but had to wait 10 minutes to be attended to (even though there was no-one ahead of me), 20 minutes for the food to be prepared and one of my sliders arrived dry. I get that they were busy but theres no excuse for bad service...

The place is fine but the waiting is just too long especially on the drive through which may be caused by the absence of intercom.

So I was at the drive-thru and checking my order, if everything is there. This lady, Sylvia almost bit my head off, telling me to move. Mind you, there was no car behind me. She was so rude about it and told me to get moving and check my order elsewhere. What kind of service is that. Imagine if there was something missing and I had to go all the way back. No man!

Terrible service no one at the front everyone looking at me from the back. The one lady was just standing there stairing at me. Eventually someone came to assist me with a really bad attitude only to hear that o sorry neh the ice cream machine is not working. Poor service from employees that dont care. Used to be a good place, maybe thats the reason why everytime I drive pass it gets more emptier.

When there to order, used the drive thru. A lady by the name of Bongiwe assisted us, she was very Ruth. She then told us we need to order by the speaker, the way she was taking to us, was really rude and unapologetic. The needs to be a clear sign that we no longer order by the window but we use the speaker right before the window.

Their service is mostly okay on most days and it can be trash on other days. I once ordered a dunked twister but the patty/fillet wasn’t dunked. I realised this when I was already at my place and had sunk my teeth in the twister. They also race profile; always assuming a black person ordering a streetwise meal wants to have it with pap, a friend of mine ordered a streetwise meal with chips but for some odd reason got her meal with pap.I have also ordered some box meal with chips and my chips were missing from the order. All these were drive thru purchases/orders.

KFC is dry not rich.delicious and irresistible. It is really a finger licking .

I was not happy with the service on the 30th September, i was number 3 in the queue but couldnt be served, the two cashiers were struggling with a transaction and waited for more than 30 minutes, their manager couldnt assist them ,I decided to leave without getting help ,I was very disappointed with their service 👎

A little friendlier faces with less attitude will do. Their service is kinda fast though.

Went to KFC Selcourt just now. We arrived just after 20min past 10am, then waited in the drive-thru queue until we finally reached the window where our order could be taken. No one was at the window and we continued to wait. Almost 5 min went by and the staff kept calling Silvia (or something that sounds lik3 that) but no one came. Eventually when the lady showed up she treated us with such disrespect!!! She ignored my husband when he was placing the order. By the time we could order it was one minute past half past 10 and then m, really rude, The staff member told us they cant serve us breakfast anymore and continued yelling at us, right then and there we drove off!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE.

Definitely one of the better KFCs in the springs area.. Well worth the travel even if you are staying on the opposite side of town.. Would recomend this KFC above all others in the springs area

Really nice place. Not really a place to sit down and est but if you desire to you can. The staff are friendly but also a but grumpy depending on who you speak to. The food is great and it I always fresh.

Bad bad bad! Every single time, without exception I have to wait in parking area for food I ordered at the drive through! I complained on numerous occasions but no improvement! I visit this branch at least once every two weeks and it happens time and time again!

I found the staff very helpful and my meal was very good. It was not over cooked and dry. Overall a very pleasant experience
