Waited for over an hour for a meal I could have assembled in 10mins. Shocking!

Not the most friendliest of services...ordered the open burger - yikes! The beef patty was as hard as a rock!! < No joke> - discarded it and only ate the veggies...Lastly, the cleaning is visibly NOT thorough...

I have received horrible service from KRUNCH EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ordered. I keep ordering thinking it was a one time thing, but every time I order I am reminded as to why I stopped. Don’t even bother ordering things online with a scheduled time.

Google and website says it opens at 9 am. We arrived at 9:10 am and the set up staff says they are not open. The staff said they havent even turned on the grill. When asked what time they will open the staff shrug their shoulders. Good luck. At this rate you will be out of business like your neighbours at Wishbone.

Waited 45 minutes for two patties and when my order finally came there was only one. Not a great experience if your lunch is only an hour long. Generally takes quite long even on other visits. But the food is good.

Unfriendly staff. Sluggish. They shut up shop and dont really want to serve anyone after 4ish. Website times should be amended. Has happened 3 times in a row now.
