Closing time listed as 9pm. Arrived at 8pm only to be told that the pharmacy closed at 5pm. Incredibly misleading & incorrect information online.

Service ! What service ! There is no service. Everything is in slow motion. Its a disgrace.

Pharmacy closes at 5pm, not 9pm as indicated

The pharmacy and pharmacy staff leave a lot to to be desired. The man of European descent bit old did not even greet us when it was our time nor did he smile. Even after I smiled and said good evening with a chirpy voice, it was like we were an inconvenience in his day.Further to this we stood in a queue of 2 with 2 people being assisted for 30 minutes.Really I could have driven to another pharmacy out of the hospital and been back faster.The cashier didn’t greet either and I tried even harder with her to greet her and smile hoping my encounter on leaving would be better but sadly it wasn’t

A disgrace in service.

Every time I have had the misfortune of going to hospital..Sunninghill is my 1st choice. From entering via security it us a friendly warm environment. I had the misfortune of having to stay over from 14 to 17 November in the Orchid ward... wow...wow. All the staff made me feel comfortable and their caring attitude only made my stay worth every day that I had to. Thank you to the team on duty that weekend.

Friendly staff and nurses, if youre booked in there with your baby/child be prepared to have no food unless someone can get to the canteen for you, fourways life caters for parents at a fee which is much better for convenience purposes.

The coffee shop in this hospital is beyond disgusting with astronomical prices charged for food that is spoilt, stale and quality which is beyond acceptable coupled with unprofessional and incompetent service! A terribly badly run coffee shop with management inexperienced and hence rude and confused staff standing around talking amongst themselves and then delivering food that is not fit for human consumption!!

Refused to take a call from my doctor for a telephonic script. Don’t come here if you need medication urgently

I found the hospital clean and the staff dependable & friendly. I would recommend this hospital.

Hello everyone, 3rd of october my girlfriend was injured by dr MILLOS, he put the wrong diagnosis and done wrong operation , i mean he just opened her stomach looked inside and closed it ,cyst wasnt taked out and now she has very big scar , this operation cast her 50 thousand rand .Now she is looking for a competent doctor and hospital to do the operation.
