My husband and I went in to get the flu injection. What a pleasant experience with the most wonderful and friendly nurse. We ended up doing our yearly check ups.

They never answer their phone. Quick to claim from my medical aid - but cannot get them to deliver the medication to me. Attrocious

I want to compliment the dispensary staff at Clicks Sandton City. Not sure about the spelling, but there is a lady at the dispensary who always make up my scripts, today she phoned me that it was ready. Absolutely wonderful to get such excellent service and friendliness from such a big organization. Thank you!!

Very Poor, they have 6 telephone numbers and none gets answered... even when the store is not so busy. They never answer their phones!!

Went to the clinic to do the COVID antibody test but the nurse said she is fully booked till tomorrow. Also told me she had a headache.. doesn’t seem to want to make money for her store

My worst experience ever! They are very arrogant, they treated me like I was crazy! I left my husbands prescription there some 5 months ago. I have been taking the same medicine every month, with no questions asked and all along, I was under the assumption that they were deducting from the 6 repeats that the Doctor had prescribed. Today, I learn that my scrpit was never loaded in their database but ,I have been collecting a controlled drug, without them verifying that I was authorized! I walked in today to get the last repeat, only to be told that according to their system, our prescription expired in May, and yet, in August I personally delivered a new one, that I have been using all along! The Locum Pharmacist was not helpful, all she did was to blame the previous Locum, who is not even there anymore! She handed my case to a Pharmacist Assistant, who was also not very knowledgeable and she actually thought I was lying!They could not even decipher the codes they use to identify each other. I then phoned my Doctor for a new script and I can say, I will never go to Clicks for anything ever!!

Its never full and social distancing works like a charm, were you take a number if you came for self medication and shop while you wait for your number to be called

This is a really nice store but very badly managed. There are 10 checkout points but only 3 staffed at 5:30pm on the Friday after pay day so the queues were running down the aisles and took forever to pay for just a few things which is unacceptable. Why have 10 checkout points and only operate at 30% capacity in a mall thats supposed to be up market?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ARROGRANT. CUT OFF MID SENTENCEI just phoned the pharmacy to ask about pneumo vac vaccine. The person ( a gentleman) mumbled during the entire call. When i asked about the vaccine he just said no stock. Whilst asking procedure to order he put the phone down. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE AT WORK AND SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS, TAKE UNPAID LEAVE . STAY HOME AND GIVE YOUR JOB TO SOMEONE MORE DESERVING.

I ordered and paid in full my prescription for pick up the next day at 11am. On the said day I had to wait more than 45 mn, at risk of missing my flight as I was headed to the OR Tambo airport, just because the driver kept saying that he was arriving in the next few minutes with the order, which of course was a lie! The manager talked quite too soft to the driver, no wonder he / she (the driver) did not seem to care....

Your cosmetic staff are completely useless. They dont help. What a disgrace. They just stand there talking to one another. What a joke. Couldnt care less. Disgusting.

There are generally helpful and friendly staff who are experienced and able to assist. This is one of the better Clicks Pharmacy branches out there and is conveniently located at the popular Sandton City shopping mall.

Terrible service at prescription table. The woman there was rude and non helpful writing incorrect instructions on medication. Will not be revisiting that branch.

You always will find what you are looking for, from medication to toiletries. Just a warning lunch time its always packed. So if you can, try and avoid lunch hour rush.

Ent to Clicks Sandton City today to get my son eye meds. the pharmacist, Lindiwe (forgot her surname) was SO AMAZING! The kind of customer service that gives one goosies! she was patient, kind, explained things well. man, loved her!

The service at the Clicks Sandton is shocking. Every one looks so busy doing other things except serving the customer. There are about 10 people behind the pharmacy counter of which 2 are pharmacists and the rest are pharmacy assistants. But there are only 3 pharmacists helping people. Shocking
