Store management need to work on the service. Que is long and service is very slow. Quite disappointing to have to wait so long. Hope they can improve the service.

I went to this pharmacy yesterday Friday to get a repeat script filled plus to get a new script , the robot was down and i was told i could not get my meds ! a nice young man named Carlton helped me and said i would get the scrips delivered later in the day , nothing arrived !! I phoned the next morning by lunch time the script was delivered but....not all the meds, i phoned and was told it would come later, by 5pm still nothing. i must say the service was very shabby and i am not impressed at all with this pharmacy . i have dealt with them for many years and i think may be time to take my business somewhere else , obviously this robot system is letting them down. not good at all .

Used to be the absolute best, now the worst. Always long queues, stock standing everywhere, not fulfilling requests for collection, etc. In short, chaotic.

I called with a query regarding a script for collection. Was dealt with so professionally and swiftly by Agnus. A big thumbs up to her for her friendly yet professional manner. Even called me back to advise that meds were in fact in stock and ready for collection. A pleasure to deal with her.

Hello I must say I am very disappointed in our local Chemist is handling the vaccinations. You make an appointment get your first vaccination. Call to make an appointment for second vaccination , get told not just come in on your due date. Go in on due date, not cant get vaccinated you need an appointment. Today my son goes in to make an appointment now there is no appointments. What the hell man. One day you need an appointment the next you dont. I am now waiting on a call to speak to the manager. Guess what no one is answering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am presuming you are asking me take my monthly business elsewhere.

What is the point in making an appointment when you have to wait in a queue anyway! No one to even tell you what the process is and very unfriendly, unhelpful staff.

They never answer their phone. I called this morning and ended the call after 2 minutes with no one connecting the call. I then sent an email which has not been responded to. I called again after about 2 hours and the call was picked up after 5 mins and then just dropped on the desk. I held on for another 5 minutes in the hope of being remembered. I listened to the conversation and the administering of the covid injection to a man and a woman and kept on saying Hello, to no avail. Another client was then helped, leaving me totally frustrated and I ended the call after another 5 minutes. I find this frustrating because this is my chronic medication and I need it today.

Terrible service from unfriendly pharmacy staff! Id seen online that you could walk in for a vaccination without an appointment, I tried phoning the store to confirm but after almost 40 minutes on hold no one answers the phone.I went in the next day and asked if this is the case to which I was told no, you need an appointment, why else would there be a long line on the other side of the store?My second poor experience from a Medicare pharmacy!Also the sign at the front of the store that says dont come in if you have covid! Doesnt sound 100% legal to me.

I have been trying to call this pharmacy since early this morning. Nobody answers. Their head office is not helpful either and their customer care line also doesnt answer! A disgrace!

Waiting on the line for 8mins no answer and someone eventually picks the call up now an just drops the call, thats pathetic because its my airtime wasted because of incompetent staff!!!

The worst service one can possibly receive.The pharmacy is constantly delivering another clients medication to me. I have to open the package to check. During one of the deliveries I was distracted & ended up paying levies for the incorrect delivery in Nov 2020. Still waiting for the manager to call to advise that the error is corrected. Last month they lost my medication. Had to dispense meds again.

The lady who was helping people register for the vaccine was very rude!

The worst pharmacy ever. Its close to my house, but Id rather drive on to another service provider. No customer service whatsoever, they ignore you as a customer, standing there. Pathetic service

Excellent service far above expectation. The manager personally drove me home when I was stuck and ill.
