This pharmacy is very dodgy! I received a fraudulent claim against my name from this pharmacy and from the reviews I see that I am not alone. Can Discovery please take action against them. When I claim for small amounts they are unable to pay but clearly can pay R14000 for I dont know what??

These guys submitted a fraudulent claim on our medical aid. Always check your claim statements and report it to your medical aid. Reading the reviews it seems that these are dishonest people. I am also looking at reporting them to the pharmacy council.

Ive repeatedly experienced unsatisfactory and frustrating client liaisons with both their pharmaceutical and accounts representatives. Their lack of competence and at times indifference has cost me unnecessary co-payments. At times Ive had to purchase an emergency supply of vital medication because of delayed delivery.

This place is involved in Medical Aid fraud, Im staying 10 000km away and have never been here yet they are claim from my medical aid.Its absolutely disgusting that people can do this when it comes to someones health and well being, Im so disgusted and disappointed.I hope youll find the culprits behind this and stop them immediately as something that can affect someones health care should not be taken lightly.

As a chronic patient relying on them to deliver my meds to Cape Town I am really frustrated. Their service has been TERRIBLE. With missing meds, unwanted meds, deliveries that just dont come on the day they say it will, wasting delivery resources as I have many times told them I can wait for ALL meds to arrive together... No phone calls to let me know I am not getting all the meds and again this morning I waited (and the delivery was supposed to happen yesterday, and nothing the whole day) so I had NO CLUE they were delivering today - and then I dont get all my meds AGAIN. Which means I will have to sit at home AGAIN and wait. Sick and tired of this now. You promised to work on this and nothing... It seems like you have chaos there...
