This is not my local pharmacy but my preferred pharmacy. Unfortunately after many positive experiences here, one negative encounter can destroy all customer loyalty.After being told that my script had been updated on the system by my doctor, I was very rudely spoken to by the head pharmacist here when this was not the case. How is a patient meant to know all the workings of that various systems used?No customer, in fact, no person should be spoken to how I was. Especially by someone who is helping you with your medication.I left the pharmacy feeling embarrassed and without my chronic medication.Thank you to the wonderful staff that I usually deal with but unfortunately I cannot return.Customer service at its finest.

The nurse at the clinic is the worst, she is rude and condescending. I have read other reviews rating her service badly but if she is still treating people this way, it is because managememt allows it. The store was empty when we walked in and understandably so, service is atrocious. We will take our business to another store.

Staff is always great. Never ever gave me a problem with exchanges or refunds. Always been helpful. Friendly ladies at the tills and returns, Floor gentlemen are always eager to help and respectful. Unlike mall of africa, The lady wore a 5 year service badge but refused to give me cash for my refund when I had the slip and insisted on a voucher. Her attitude was really bad. Hated it. Staff at the OTC counter absolutely useless and couldnt be bothered to help. I wont be back. Knew more about medication than they did. If your staff dont want to work there then perhaps you should employ people that would be happy to have a job. A toxic Dischem Branch indeed. And the 3.6 stars out of a possible 5 stars speak volumes. Im not the only one I see. What a disgrace!

Please dont put expired stock back on the shelf after I removed it and pointed it out to you.Firstly, after 9 days of waiting for a phone call for fresh stock I felt compelled to investigate, only to find the exact same stock I removed(Chrissanthie eye cleanse) back on the shelf. This a waste of my time and resources.Secondly, and more importantly, it is unethical to sell expired stock to unsuspecting customers.Please, U need to pay attention, as pharmacists that care.

The nurse at this Dischem Clinic is very rude and closes her clinic 20 Min earlier than the stipulated closing. Very unhelpful!

The store is wonderfully laid out and fully stocked but you can never get through to the store. The phone rings at all times and you get the voice recording that there is high call volumes.... However the store is never that excessively busy...

Great Dischem store! Large variety and parking is always easy (and free)! We live around the corner from this store, and it is clear what a great impact management has on this store. Their manager is always available to help, and it is clear that they keep a firm hand on things in this store! 10/10 for management and staff!

Pathetic service!!when we arrived at the dispensary section there were 3 pharmacist. When 2 of them were done with their customers they left their post and we had to wait for the 3rd pharmacist.

Rivonia Road Dischem does not disappoint, your pharmacists are wonderful.
