I have been trying to contact your offices for a while now but the number on your website is not going through. I have sent emails enquiring about integration to POS system. can you kindly provide me with details of the person to contact.

Cannot get service, have sat for over an hour on the phone waiting for technical assistance listening to a never ending recorded message to no avail. When head office was phoned and marketing manager requested was told merely: Shes out. Surely an international company can have someone answering a switchboard with some simple phone etiquette, never mind proper technical assistance on products that have a direct financial impact on a business.
