Not a nice experience. Very long-slow moving line and when I got to the front, the chick insisted that, as an overseas visitor, I still needed a three month bank statement for RICA. Which turns out not to be true at all. So I went to the Pick&Pay next door, whipped out my passport and my proof of residence and got RICAd straight away. So Im not sure why theres an MTN shop there at all if you can get better service at Pick&Pay. Also, they dont operate during load shedding, which is unforgivable.

Renewed one contract and could not renew my date contract because they did not stock of device, they said they will get back to me, 3 month later, still nothing, I have decided to cancel my data contract with MTN and go elsewhere.

Great service from Mantsadi, I came in here for the black Friday special and I was heavily pregnant, unfortunately I was on maternity leave before I could pick up my route. She went out of her way to post it via Aramex all the way to the Vaal for me even though she had had an accident that morning coming to work. The wait time in store is a little long as there were 2 consultants when I was there.

The service delivery on a product i bought was terrible. I had to go to the shop more than 11 times before finally the manager sorted it out over the phone.

This is a franchise and could not assist me with my FIVE mtn month to month sims. What a waste of a trip!

Phone has been in for a simple repair, took 4 weeks, phone came back and was scratched, went in again, another 3 weeks so far. No one is answering the phone when i call as it seems this is the practice of this store, they do not call customers to update them, the customer has to call them
