This place has fantastic service! Very cool vibe as well. I got all that I needed out of an honest opinion for the best mod for me. They also have pool tables and Foosball and all that which makes the place very exciting. Over all just a great vibe and shopping experience.

Wow - shocking service and customer support. I brought a device from Vape King and after 4 months it stopped working completely (the device came from a reputable manufacturer and was drop, dust and water proof). When I brought it back for assistance, I was advised that, notwithstanding the fact that the manufacturer has a 6 month warranty, the device was out of Vape Kings 3 month warranty, and they couldnt help me. I would NOT suggest purchasing your device from here

One of the larger vape king stores, has a full lounge and staff are friendly and supportive.

Good service, clean, loads of variants

Always get prompt service and well stocked for replacement coils and eliquids. Great loyalty program

Enjoying going here , always helpful, and you also get rewards points when you purchase

I bought a vape from Vape King, I was very happy at the beginning when I bought my vape, but as time went on the capsule started leaking and the coil was burning.I personally dont know alot about vaping, but I want to vape because it helped me to stop smoking cigarettes. I kept on having this problem with the capsule leaking and the coil burning. I went to Vape Rite this morning and was explained that the unit they sold me was only used for normal vape juice and not for salt nic. But at Vape King they suggested that I use this unit for salts. But the person at Vape Rite told me that it is only made for normal vape juice and it is actually dangerous to amoke salt in this unit. This is very upsetting because I spent alot of money and received the wrong advice and unit for my purpose.

Vape King in Fourways is probably the better branches in Johannesburg as they have a place to hang out while you choose your e-liquids. However, this brand is not the best in the area.I recommend that they become more customer centric - make the customer feel welcomed when they arrive, ask questions about what the customer is looking for and dont make the customer feel like theyre disturbing your time.

The biggest Vape store Ive ever seen. Super friendly staff and amazing prices. Store it self amazingly set out.

Absolutely amazing service and help from Maria there. My first Vape and Im so happy and thankful she was there to assist.

One of the best Vape King stores. Big ad nice place to chill. The staff are always friendly and willing to help and give suggestions to newbies (Me). They know their products well and have helped me a lot when I was looking for advise. Keep up the great work guys!

Great selection of vape juices and accessories. Choices of vape mods and available stock are limited but are good quality. Having an online store as well makes it convenient but I would like to have more choices when buying a new device. Other than that, a great place to shop, especially when they are running specials.

Amazing staff and Danie is a legend and always willing to help! Thank you guys, keep it up! As a result of the service I literally dont buy anywhere else.

Great store with a great vibe...

Best vape franchise in the country by far! They have eveything and the expertise!

Fantastic service and awesome staff, will always go back there and Danie is a gem :)

Very helpful and friendly staff. Received overly brilliant service. The guy really wanted to make sure I was happy. Wish I knew his name.

Really good service - friendly and helpful. Makes a big difference going into a shop where the employees are both helpful and knowledgeable on the products theyre selling.

Fantastic vape store. Excellent service, massive vape selection and Danie is just fantastic!

Amazing service and soo happy to get proper flavors and devices again. Vape King Fourways, you are amazing. Keep up the awesome customer service. So glad to be able to buy from you again :D

Awesome service!

Thanks for the brilliant service. I am so happy with my purchase.

Great service!

Store has a lot of Mods an tanks available. Together with a wide variety of Juice.Did not have the Cloud Beast in stock, big baby cloud beast was available.

Excellent selection, friendly advice and the guys are extremely knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely great!! A Vape shop wit absolutely everything under one roof. A variety of choices, soooo many to choose from it makes your head spin!! Literally! Feel free to pop in, you will be amazed.

Great service and reasonable prices

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of devices and local or imported juices. Its a mega store so its a large place: theres a pool table, coffee facilities and even a tattoo joint inside the venue.

Excellent service! They put the customer 1st & dont just push a sale or try to up-sell which is rare. They listen to your needs and your budget and recommend something suitable and tell you the cons as well as the pros with each. You never just buy something and walk out and then wonder what or how. They are more than happy to explain everything and even help to build or build your coils for you. They have great prices and a huge variety so you dont need to order all over the place. The after sales service is great. Should you ever have a problem with a faulty item or bad juice, they replace, no quibble. Its great that they have a try before you buy setup in store so you can test everything and make the right choice. They also have an awesome rewards system so you can use it for discounts on gear when times are tough or score some free juice :-)

The new manager was so helpful and informative. I didnt know that you get rewarded if you open up a profile. So I missed a few discounts but now that I know, I will use it. He also showed me how to prep my coil etc. Such great service.

Great, my husband spent like an hour in there

Wide selection of nicotine products, however a dwindling selection of CBD products, I was disappointed with their lack of CBD products.

These guys are amazing, they are the most willing group of people when it comes to help. They have a great range, pricing is not the worst. They helped with getting my tank sorted and all the extras on top. The juoce selection of course is top class. Only to happy to go back.

Excellent setup... Nice and spacious... Awesome vibe... One of the best Vape stores Ive visited...

Everything a discerning vapor could want.. Started from the back of a house. Today they have outlets in Texas! A real success story...

I went there to get device to switch from regular smoking. The customer service was impeccable... from the knowledge of which device would be ideal, to recommendations on which liquid to choose. From what I can see, they have taken the advice from these Google reviews and put it into practice :)Will definitely return and recommend

Went in to buy a vape. Has a great vibe and atmosphere, but I felt rushed and like they just wanted the sale and to get ride of me.

Utterly disappointed and will never shop at this store again. Got a dud battery that I used for not even a day and it died, no venting or anything just straight up died and they refused to help me. I understand that batteries carry no warranty but be a human and help a guy out. Don’t just expect me to drop another 420 for a married set of batteries. Would recommend never going to this store and rather go to a better store with nicer employees who actually care about you being a customer and the business you bring to their store.

Super awesome staff fantastic products grate prices every thing you want and need in a vape shop definitely my in my top 3 vape shop in sa

Great venue with lifestyle elements including a tattoo parlour and a chill zone with a foosball table. Too dope actually. Friendly staff willing to help and great pricing that is competitive.

Best vape store!

Great service. All my friend Vape and I also want to move over from cigarettes to Vaping. The guys at the Megastore were very helpful and showed me the different options. From start to finish an amazing experience. Will from now on buy all my Vape products from there.

Im quite far away from VapeKing so havent been there in person but have ordered online many times for over a year. Every order has arrived safely and promptly via courier. These guys really know their stuff, theyre helpful and friendly and the products they supply are top notch.

Great place. Friendly staff. Nice variety.

I love vaping - LOVE vaping. In fact, when Im not working, you can find me at a vape store. This one is not great at all. The service is not welcoming: I asked about flavours and having them closer for customers to see (because theyre so far away from the counter, they might as well be a wallpaper), and I was told to go to the website to review flavours. No samples were offered or on display (except the PRIME range), I couldnt smell nor taste any of the juices, unless purchased. This may be policy for the brand, but I have been to other Vape Kings and there was an array of samples to test before purchase; more welcoming service and sharing of information on new devices and flavours; and those stores werent as spacious and fancy as the Mega Store. My stars are for the space and amenities.

Very helpful staff. The place is immaculate to the extent where I wasnt sure if you could vape inside 😂

Great service

The Owner of Fourways Vape King Mega Store , immediately made contact with me via a direct phone call and apologised for the inconvenience caused due to a new member of staff misunderstanding the situation. I problem was immediately rectified and again Vape King goes right up to number one in service and delivery.Thank you and keep up the excellent service and product range.I was charged a 15%, R195. 00 handling fee, R195. 00 in this case, to exchange a fathers day gift the next day that I was not happy with.

Friendly staff with great advice!

Always friendly helpful service. Very chilled place. Advice and recommendations that always turn out good.

Friendly staff, with loads of knowledge about Vapes. Would recommend them to anyone needing advise. Also nice and relaxed environment

Very helpful and good specials.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really big shop with a wide selection of products and vape flavors. Really chilled and smoke-lounge vibes. Highly suggest

Great staff. Lots of variety. Lots of great advice

Probably the shop with the widest variety of equipment in Johannesburg. They know their products and they will give you the best advice to ensure that you have to best vaping experience, you cant go wrong with them. Awesome shop owned by awesome people!!

Great place for you vape products. Staff are very helpful and a great selection to choose from.

Have you ever spoken to an employee from vape king on the phone? I have never, because they dont ever answer the phone. But the employees are decent, so will give you guys the benefit of the doubt.

Awesome set up. A shop with chilled vibe. Helpful and patient staff.

Good and fast service. They have a huge range of devices and juices. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Centrally located. Shop has a great spacious layout with a wide variety of flavors. Staff friendly and professional.

Gigantic store with a bar and a pool table. Yet you cant test out flavours. You cant even smell them...

Dope selection of salt nice vapes and normal vapes with friendly staff willing to educate and assist. Tattoo parlour and chill area with foosball for those enthusiasts out there. Dopest vape store I have been to thus far...

Always get such excellent service from the guys at Vape King Fourways.

Great, friendly staff that are always happy to help. The store is massive and works as a perfect spot to hang out and vape. They even let you order drinks etc from the restaurant next door.

Still one of the best vape stores around in Johannesburg, always one of the first to bring in new flavours, mods and atomizers. The customer service is awesome and the vibe even better, try out thier brand flavours like the VK Prime range or even an imported flavour. Stop by and give them a try!

Great efficient service, knowledgeable team! Huge range and good vibe

Always a good deal to be found .. love spending my loyalty points.

Firstly they dont have testers and secondly they cant wick a vape properly. Rather use the vapery. They have all of the above.

Clean and spacious with a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent shop, helpful staff and massive variety and decent prices.

Friendly and great advice.

Service was fabulous... Products are superior and of superb quality. I will definitely be visiting Vape King again!

Amazing store! Fun, nice and helpful vape employees. Loved being there

Brilliant store the flagship for a reason staff are super friendly not pushy at all and very knowledgeable on taste matching I walked in described the tatse I was looking for and they delivered on the mark.

Will not waste my time in that vape shop again. Service is bad, staff give you the impression theyre doing you a favour buy helping you. Hardware I looked at all seems to all be used/ second handand dirty with Ejuice, and found a fair amount of bad quality clones and knockoffs.

Great service and advice.

A superb vaping store. Great service, pricing and a wide range of products. I am particularly a fan of the amazing international juice lines they carry.

Prices are very competitive. They know their products. Give great advice.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST BESTEST VAPE SHOP IN WHOLE SUID AFRIKA. LEKKER!

Very very nice Vape Shop! A vape store that has the selection of a American Vape Shop! Keep it up Vape King you guys are truly the Kings of Vape! Vape King For Life!

Staff are very helpfull and I managed to find everything I was looking for there. They hold a very large selection of flavours and products and pricing is really competitive. My favorite one stop shope for vaping. They have a good online presence too.

Wide selection of juices and devices, from Mechs to Salt Nic Devices. This place is a pretty good all-rounder for a vape shop.
