We have been searching for Jollof rice throughout of Durban, so we decided to take a road trip to Jhb in search of this famous west African meal.. The Jollof Cafe did not disappoint. The food was exceptional and The service was excellent. Thank you so much for the extra special take away.We will definitely be back soonπ€
Had tried their Bitterleaf soup with poundo yam here, it was delicious and fulfilling. Its so easy to place order through their mobile app. Will try the other menu next time.
Amazing the jellof rice was the best Ive eaten in a long time definitely going back. Our waiter was so generous.
I ordered with Ubereats and Im so disappointed!!The goal meat wasnt worth the price. You actually sent me skin only. I asked for mild jollof but I got rice with no spice at all.I will never waste my money on you.The food was so bad.And the plantains was so bad.We have nice and sweet plantains now in SA but I dont know where you buy yours. And please keep the Sandton standard.Im so so disappointed. The goat meat in actually smelling petrol.Shame on you!!! You guys are robbing people.
This is the best jollof rice I have tasted in south Africa. It has a unique blend of flavours that leaves your taste buds longing for more. The peppered goat meat is sinfully divine. Try the grilled tilapia fish and finish off with the puff-puff. Did I already mention the fried rice? Yes, I have tried them all. You can come back and thank me later.
We loved the Jolloff rice, the vetkoek, the fried tilapia.
The food took way too long and this is definitely not Nigerian food
Food was tastey but very small for the amount chargedπ₯Ίπ€
Worst group of restaurants ridiculous waiting period
