Food good but have margarine instead of butter

Shocking was at the door at which the closing time was as per the picture below. The time was 19.05 pm with very few people inside. I was in the door and spoke to the below manager and I was refused being allowed to order. The manager said circumstances permit that he closed as they had orders. I tried to explain that the sign said 7.30pm and why was I allowed in. I own a business and understand the stress one has to ensure expenses get paid. There are also many people unemployed desperate for work. Obviously the store owner wasnt present because only someone with no interest in promoting the business or the nandos brand would treat myself and another single man both already in the store that way. The management skills and the failure to respect the signage on display and two clients wanting to order meal was of no concern. Yet I wonder how the man would feel if he had been at work all day and not eaten now forced to look for somewhere open. Very disappointed

Second time in a row that I crave Nandos and it disappoints me in the worst way. The little sauce that was on the meat was watery, meat itself was inconsistent with the amount of salt it had and parts of it which tasted undercooked, the chips were dryyyy and Im only sad that I didnt have enough tomato sauce to salvage the meal. Do you know how bad the quarter chicken meal has to be that its saved by a satchet of TOMATO SAUCE? Wow. I think the better part of the meal was the roll , and it wasnt even garlic. If I order from here again, it will definitely not be the meat, WHICH IS THE BEST PART??..Maybe the bowls. Maybe. Do better. Please.

The delivery guy took our order then left to deliver on a motorbike while we waited for our order. Food was old and dry

Store was marked to close at 2030, got in to buy at 2010 only to be told buy the cashier that they had already switched off their burners. So much for the effort of rushing there.

This specific branch of Nandos specializes in dry, tasteless chicken. Previous complaints have gone unanswered so in future I will support a different restaurant.

The Service was excellent. I didnt even struggle to use the discount vouchers I had, They kindly explained to me how the vouchers work and explained a completion they were running. Well done Nandos Douglasdale!

The single best Pita of my life and the Hotpot of awesomeness. This Nandos kills any other. Saucy, spicy, tasty, mouth watering perfection.Made my girlfriend cry.

Nandos is a dependable option when youre in the mood for tasty flame grilled chicken. Sometimes the sauces on the tables are old, so be a bit weary. This branch is quite average as their restaurants go. It is clean and the staff are friendly. The ambiance is not that great in their current location.

The food is AMAZING! The best vegetarian pita I have ever had. Amazing service and quality.

Food was really tasty. Portions are a bit small like the quater chicken was really really small. The cheese burger I had was very nice and tasty. They forgot to give us our starters livers but delivered it to our house without any issues.

Fantastic & quick service

A nice Nandos store. Staff are always prompt, friendly and helpful. Visit them often. The restaurant has a section for seating, delivery and take-away. Unfortunately there isnt a drive through but otherwise I cant fault them. Always a positive experience visiting them.

They know how to make the customer feel appreciated, with their regular extra specials they have for Valentines Day, and complimentary roasted corn kernels with sit-down meals. Placed an order for a single wrap which took an hour to prepare along with 15-20 minute delivery when I stay 1km from the nandos.

I’ve always been a huge Nandos fan and this one meets and exceeds my expectations. The delivery is quick and easy. Always get the right food still hot enough to eat. Really tasty, dripping with sauce. Good vibe in the restaurant with free sherry shots and good, friendly service. Can’t fault then for anything and for a takeaway restaurant, the food is fantastic (even for a sit down meal it’s amazing). Lovely for a meal with friends or to order to your house and continue with whatever you’re doing without interruption.

Ideally situated within exacting standards as you would expect from most Nandos stores. I frequented twice already on a Friday evening and was not busy like other stores. The parking in the centre is a challenge.

Recently revamped and looks great. Service not so good, especially take aways. Often gets orders wrong on the weekend when very busy. Delivery guy has left behind drinks and mixed up orders. Often do not answer the phone. On the whole, when the meal arrives, good quality. Quite busy on the weekends.

Store accepts online orders for deliveries and then calls you ten minutes later say they just closed. Their customer service is at zero.

Best Nandos every. They used to give you a shot of sherry and chicken livers to taste, but I know times are hard. But the chicken portions are reasonable.

Nandos Douglasdale - Shape up! My order was 413. The driver was quite confused. he did not have a Coke in his basket. And getting through to the store was impossible. So I logged a complaint. Sibusiso was helpful but i am still waiting!

Spacious Nandos. Food tasted well. Didnt spend much time there as I took a take out. It was easy to find parking. Waiting time was ok. Go try it yourself.

Chicken was extremely small and there was barely any sauce on the chicken. But the chicken was fresh and the side dish was quite good.

Both the driver and waitress got the address wrong after repeatedly explaining to them. The chips and wedges were beyond terrible: hard, cold and uncooked. Completely inedible. The chicken wings were over-cooked and over-seasoned. Pretty much off Nandos for good.

Nandos Douglasdale are fabulous when they actually answer their phones. Unfortunately every second weekend their phones go unanswered for 20-30 minutes. Must be under staffed, can think of no other reason for a phone to go unanswered for that long on such a regular basis?

Its Nandos - good seating and clean, staff a bit grumpy at times.

Nandos customer service is no longer existent. People dont care how they speak to customers. They dont care that people are waiting for their food and just let food sit there. They call out orders incorrectly. Theyre are very over-priced.
