Bought some Pizza pies here. Nice and fresh.

You guys billed me twice, not happy about that. My 1st card said it declined but still went through, then used my other card then it went through successfully. Sorting out it with my bank, and I hate all the administration and follow ups behind that, so not worth it. Cant you guys reverse it from your side? Ill send proof

Sometimes, the service is slower than expected

The service very bad ...the cashier was mopping outside as we walked in and there was a gentle man sitting adjacent to her .She abandoned mopping and came to assist me as I was trying to get some few explanations or suggestions from her ,she seemed unhappy or unwilling to assist and a heavy tone was used I decided to just grab what ever she went back to mop and as soon as the order came she went straight to collect my order and without washing hands .Hygiene wa s compromised how ever it really left a second opinion about local businesses.

The cashier was very rude and her service was bad....this is the second time receiving such.I will definitely not be going back there anymore.

Romans is sinply the best regardless of the place, but i love the cosmo city one because the stuff there even gives recommendations of what flavors to try if you want something different.

Not up to standard i bought the tangy russian pizza and they gave me one without the onions rings, when i asked the cashier ahe said i did not request them. I was like haaa i dis not order a single topping i oaid for whole tangy Russian and im being given a single topping. I was not happy and just walked away to avoid noise
