The cashier in the drive through got our order completely wrong and didnt read our order back to us. Not a single thing other than the mountain dew was correct. We got home and checked our burgers and chips that we swapped for the bacon covered chips. All three meals were incorrect even the loaded fries were jalapeño instead of bacon. We went back to correct the meals and even after (having to pay in to get the correct order) the manager assisted us and was very nice about the situation but the burgers were still incorrect once we got home. Our fierce whopper was a normal whopper with 2 measly jalapeños and no onion rings. This burger king has put a very sour taste in my mouth and this is not the first time this specific burger King has not been able to correctly complete our order. They also didnt give us any mayo - and the bk mayo is something my family will fight each other over 😂 overall bad experience upon bad experience from this burger King. Someone needs to address this because you guys are losing customers because you dont carry the care factor other drive through establishments have. They werent that busy the 2 times we were there yesterday so that cant be an excuse.

We did google that they only open at 9am . We went hoping that the drive thru will be open regardless as drive thrus tend to be .. anyways the staff did respond when we were there, and did let us know we have to wait until 9am .. we went to view the drive thru menu and an arriving staff came to chat with us, and we asked about the menu, he explained the swop meal chips option and that a burger mela with chips is regular size .. we waited til 9, then had our meal seated inside .. he explained that we could refill our cooldrink cupa up till one hour as much as we want .. i asked i it okay to just lie under the cooldrink machine with the tap on and he said no ... 🤣 😂 .. anywayz we also asked for extra mayo , they gave us many ! (unlike other places that charge for extra mayo ..) .. all the staff were really friendly and understood our questions and were able to respond back well 🤩 we did relaly enjoy our breakfast ! Thankxewz everybody for the great morning experience ! 🤩

Pathetic service..we waited while 3 employees attended to a customer who want a refund because he his order was incorrect.No one to sanatise the tables. Packets with left overs etc left on the floor. We ordered to sit but got our meals in a bag. We ordered 2 burgers to go. Went home no services, no sauces.

Usually uneventful but this time around we had a very friendly chap serving us with a smile. Loved his energy!

Burger King Allens Nek.Quality and service is going down. The service is slow and things left out of orders.Burgers are slapped together and chips cold.The center is a mess with the school children and garage using the parking lot like a play ground.Disappointing.

So. I dont even know where to start.I visit my mom once a week where we always get something nice to eat. She has recently started liking BK. So I told her we can order.The order took 90mins to get delivered - OK, It was through uber eats. Its end of the month. Its busy. So I said you know what - it will be worth it and I dont want to complain about time. And oh my was I wrong.We ordered the nacho cheese fries - so expensive. And there were barely any cheese sauce! it was a normal medium portion fries with 2 or 3 jalapeños and almost NO sauce. It came in a WRIPPED wrong packaging Chicken fries box (and one can clearly see in the box there were no sauce) and ice cold off course.Along with that an XL Chili Cheese - one of the patties were beyond burnt. As in solid hard bitter burnt! I had to throw it away! And once again ice cold.With this order we ordered a whopper & BC Crunch meal - totally soggy and Ice cold.Where can i submit photos of my order?This is NOT an Uber Eats Issue - BUT 100% a Burger King issue!

Best meal from a Burger King ever. Every aspect was prepared well and so fresh. The slow service certainly was forgotten when taking the first bite. This is not the nearest outlet from where I stay, yet I will gladly drive the distance for those fresh and amazing tastes. Well done

So DISSAPOINTED once again. I always have to double check my orders before leaving, however today there was just no time. Once again order missing food that has been paid for. No Fierce Whopper, missing chips and a Pepsi drink and mayo on one of the burgers when specifically requested to not have. I looove Burger King! With our last order from here though we topped our order with two small chicken burgers for the kiddies. The patties were sooo dry yet oily (seemed old). We couldnt eat it (It says a lot for me. .I would normally chow any version of BK!)

I have been a big fan of BK for awhile now. Tonight was an absolute let down.First things, there is no flow with the drive-thru. You have 2 windows, one for paying and one for collecting. Not tonight. We paid for our order and received it at the first window. Yes it was busy but the car in the front collected their order at the second window which took forever well the next car and myself collected from the first window and then had to sit and wait.Long and tedious process to say the least. We get home and surprise surprise... well we were short a packet of chips, the food was cold, over cooked and honestly not edible.We ordered 2 crispy chicken meals with the nachos loaded chips. The chips were partially covered with cheese with big chunks of chilli. Not impressed and the quantity was ridiculous. The burger patties were over cooked, hard and flavorless.The third meal was a chicken cheese sandwich. MEAL... that includes chips, right? Well I did not receive said chips but hey I got the cooldrink.Well done for your business but I will never support this branch again and I hope everyone else realizes the truth.

Got the quad stacker and turns out its a kiddies meal☹️ revisited and back gas leak has been fixed, went in and the service was fast and there is good seating areas. All was well...

As part of our drive-through order, we ordered the BK Fusion Oreo dessert. Confirmed this at the speaker, again at the pay point and failed to receive it on collection. We waited while they made it, only to receive a cup of soft-serve with chocolate sauce on top. We drove off and I checked the order - there were no oreo bits! So we drove back and the staff was kind enough to meet us at the car. I gave them the dessert and asked where the orea bits were. They took it inside and came back out saying all fixed. It was melting and messing in the car so we just drove home. When home, opened the dessert and it was the exact same cup of soft-serve with no oreo bits!! So either the staff is incompetent or this product is a ripoff and not as advertised.

It is pathetic service, i have been sitting here from 18h30 in the drive through and we are still here at 19h52. People at the walk- in had faster service and have come well after us and have left alredy. I will not ever bloody support urll. Ridiculous, pathethic service.

Service was very slow even though the restaurant was virtually empty. Staff yelling to each other, but barely speaking to customers when ordering. A 20minute wait and upon asking how long it will still be, we were told that they dont have packaging foe the loaded fries.

This shop should shutdown,is no more a fast food , before I used to Order online via MrD and I thought that its MrD drivers that taking long to deliver while its them at the shop , poor management

Really nice Burger King outlet. Quite small but still has the atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tried the mystery burger for the first time and will definitely try it again.

I think i have just completely had it with this branch. The service and quality of food has been decreasing for too long now.My Uber order tonight was a complete mess. My wife ended up with a stale veggie burger (that you cannot even order on Uber) in place of her Chicken BK Crunch and my Double Whopper was replaced with a single.None of the drinks were even right and they were all a kids small.

Good day. My nieces and I came to order your burger specials for dinner tonight. Not only did we wait over half an hour sitting in the drive through, but we are so disappointed with the food delivered or not even given to us. Cold drinks are all flat, the Cheese burger short supplied and other burgers have hardly any sauce on them. You can refer to order 163. Poor show and terribly frustrating.

Unfortunately this branch of Burger King is not well managed. I have been to this branch on multiple occasions, and have experienced bad service. This is from incorrect order, lack of stock to fulfil and orders, to the order being packed with missing item. I believe that if there process were managed better this would be a great branch!

I placed an order at 12:50 according to BK Allens Nek clock. Order number 926, by 13:15 order number 927 and 928 had received their orders and the manager says to me, No my order is after their orders. In what world does 926 come after 927 & 928. Our order was cold, our drinks warm and the service was down right shocking. Burger King you should be ashamed of yourselves. An absolutely disappointing experience.

Not a great Fathers Day visit, 13h00 on a Sunday and they run out of gas..( so then close doors for the day) thats pretty poor planning.

Would rate lower than one star if I could. Ordered meals for five and after confirming so many times they did not package the hamburger jr meal with fries after paying for it my one daughtet received her meal but the other one not. 2 bad experiences there. Will not go back.

Shocking, so bad...terrible service, crispy chicken burgers were overcooked and unedable. The nachos loaded fries had no nachos. The chicken with cheese sandwich was also overcooked. When we opened the packet at home, the chips were not there even though we ordered the meal

Very disappointed at Burger King South Africa (Allens Nek Drive-thru) tonight.We order local to help during lockdown.The 12 nuggets I ordered arrived without the 2 bbq dips (it also arrived in a chicken fries box instead of nugget containers). There was also no tomato sauce nor mayo in the bags (condiments).The driver went back for the dips only to arrove with the fiery sauce instead of bbq. Apparently it is all they have. Then frankly take back the nuggets as well and give me a refund!When we started eating the Whopper also had no onion on it. We did not select the no onion option when ordering.I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

The staff are so busy chatting amongst themselves they loose focus of the customer. My order was packed incorrectly. Ended up with a jalapeños order for my daughter instead of a chicken burger. No contact number for the outlet on the till slip in order to advise them of their error. Thanks to Google I managed to find a customer service number who said someone would call me in 24-48 hours. What great service!!!!

Got my order wrong, the first time, and then had to wait a while for them to let me know that what I ordered, they did not have stock of. They did upsize me to a large fries and drink, but Id much rather have gotten what I ordered, than wait 30 mins after Ive paid to find out that they dont have stock of what Ive ordered. I means, its a BK so you cant have your expectations too high but it does the job pretty fine. Most of the time their food tastes good and it hasnt taken too long. The one gripe I have is the attitude I get when I try to use the BK app there. Yon can almost feel the eyes rolling because you have now added an extra step for them. Not to mention most employees dont know how to use it and have to call the manager. It makes you not want to use it when theres a big fuss every time.

Not accepting orders made on Uber Eats. If they do, you can expect to wait until the next day for it to be delivered. Rather use the one at Cresta.

We were in the drive thru for ages because there is a problem with the system. When we got home we discovered we were one meal short. I usually check before we drive off but the queue behind us was really long. I tried to phone but was cut off twice. Simply not good enough as I did alert them that we were one drink short before we drove off, but I assumed that only the drink was missing. Second time we have been disappointed by this branch of Burger King. Also noted is that the size of the burgers are a lot smaller.

Went through the drive through during the middle of the day, 10 to 15 cars in the queue, had a wait of over 30 min, definitely not fast food. Burgers were good, chips were great.

I continiously get items missing from my order. Also the part of the order that matters most to me is the Jalapeno Fries. But everytime its neglected with a sprinkle of cheese. I have probably ordered on Jalapeno fries alone atleast R600 in this past two months so me complaining about it being poorly presented is justified cause its is this branch that mostly does it.
