As a regular it is Always a pleasure ordering food as the staff is very helpful and very friendly. The food is always fresh and tasty thank you!

Extremely efficient and wonderfully friendly service by the young lady on duty on 7th March at around 14h00. The rib burger & chip special was superbly prepared and we enjoyed the delicious meal the more because of the great reception. Well done lady.

Chips was disgusting, old oil, burnt, dry, and staff couldnt care or give details of someone that could take back selivery

Completely incompetent. Rude, aggressive staff with NOCovid protocols in place-avoid from a food and safety point of view. Chips were terrible, bitter and tasted of old oil, the cheese boy pack was soggy and cold and the milkshakes were all sour-they tried to overcompensate by putting way to much flavor in and then had to watch the staff have a go at each other and one female member adjust her bra in from of us. Disgusted.

No service, stood waiting while cashier was packing order. Was not acknowledged at all by any of the staff. Eventually walked out without placing an order

It was quiet and the ice creams were nice. Although a bit more watery than I remember.

The staff here at this branch has no customer service skill whatsoever. I am normally patient and will give the person the benefit of the doubt because they are handling my food but here it is another story.Their till slip was not printing so I was waiting for 10 minutes for them to sort it out. The order could have been put in whilst they were sorting out the printer but.... This was also during peak lunch hour on a long weekend during the festive period. It does not get busier than this but the staff was not ready. They was a dirty counter and tables and chairs unkempt.I was so put off. Please dont visit this branch. Not very inviting

Second time I want to place an order, And they say theyre already closed? Its 18:20 on a Monday night, Curfew is at 10:00 I dont understand! Phoned steers anthos center and they are still open.

Stale chips , it tasted like the oil had been reused a couple of times throughout the day.

They close at 9pm but for 3 weeks in a row when I want to order milkshakes at 7:45 pm on my way home from work. I get told sorry machine is already off.
