Horrible my chicken was red and raw I had to throw it away because I wasnt gonna eat raw chicken I am disappointed...

This time around on Saturday the restaurant section of the mall was packed, a lot of people were making orders for fast food. But it was great! No disappointment so far. We were out for a Mens gathering or rather fellowship 💪to end the year with celebration.

Great place for a family dinner, covid-19 regulations compliant. Excellent service.

Ordered food this afternoon. Meat was dry and burnt... Corn was tasteless really disappointed 😞

I always enjoy my meals in this particular Nandos compared to any other around Gauteng. The waitresses always ready to serve with a smile. They make customers feel special and this makes one to enjoy the meals and come back for more.

They are well organised and helpful the service is number one we forgot our bag and when we phoned they say we can come and get it

Was so relaxed after shopping and walking around when I sat down and have a snack at Nandos so I enjoyed the meal hope to visit soon.

How can I rate a place with no star. I am so gonna make sure that people I know never buy from this restaurant ever again. I know the rules and regulations whatever but if I am not supposed to sit where its prohibited you should come to me politely and explain I am seating where I am not supposed to. You cannot just shake your head and point that I should move. I mean who does that. Unfortunately for the boy I know his name. I am not only eating you here but i am gonna put the complain with customer care. This is uncalled for.

I ordered hot pot and I was given rice with burned cabbage

I ordered a breast with no sauce - received leg with sauceToday - wrap with no sauce - gave me a wrap full of mayonnaise.

I think they need a better way to manage the delivery guys as walk ins the waiting time is too much makes you feel like you there to beg and not important.

The food is good but theres no alcohol beverages. Even cocktails have no alcohol. In a big mall.

I give it 2stars because the customer service was jus so awful the waiter spoiled my day she was rude.I nolonger enjoyed my meal she was not even remorseful Im so disappointed I waisted my R200. But I do believe other Nandos Franchise might be better but Ill never visit the Westgate franchise.

I would actually give it zero stars if possible.This is by far THE WORST Nandos Ive ever been to.The waiter that came to give me and my mum food was so rude its not even funny. Definitely will not be going back there and i will make it known to whomever I know that theyd rather go elsewhere than go there.

Attention to order details to improve especially o na normal day not being busy . Cant be driving back to collect food not packed according to the order. Can count close to 7 wrong packaged orders this year alone

Wonderful place to feed your needs!

I ordered for delivery and I realized after the driver left that I didnt get my spinach. I called Nandos Westgate and a friendly gentleman by the name of Noah assisted me. Within 10 minutes another delivery guy was at my gate as promised AND Noah called me back to check if I had received my food. Fantastic service, I’m a happy customer for sure.

We bought pieces of full chicken and we described the pieces. We waited for there for our order for more than expected time. We were finally given our order and went home. When we opened it at home, we were so disappointed when we found that 1. the pieces were not what we ordered, 2. it was also short of 3 pieces. This was a very disappointing service I never expected. I wish the was something I could do, but.......

The chicken used to be great but these days it has become just part of convenience

Well last time I eat nandos, waste of money

Absolutely terrible. Staffs attitude was appalling, the whole place smelled a bit fishy (NOT something you want to be smelling in a chicken restaurant) and the food looked like a dogs breakfast. Thankfully it tasted better than it looked, but I ordered a Pita and it was done so poorly that it resembled sludge when I got to eat it. The pita was so thin and so much sauce went into it that my hand actually went straight through when I tried to hold it. Will not be returning

Ordered 2 half chickens with Mr Delivery.Order was clear. 2 half chicken cut in 2 pieces each.This with wedges and dip.Amount with tip and delivery R287.00What was delivered......2 pieces of chicken.2 dips2 wedges.Not sure what happened with the other 2 pieces as it was sealed in a small little bag each.

The chicken was dry and wedges burnt. The starter chicken livers were also burnt their food was a disaster I will never recommend anyone to go and eat there

Great service. Nice place to chill and eat. No restrooms at this Nandos. Closest restroom is at Nu Metro.. thats a downer but its alright.

They ended up giving me what I did not order. I only noticed when I got home and could not go back but on the slip its written what I have ordered clearly your cashiers cannot read. Hire people who can read with understanding.

Our food was cold and the potato wedges were stale. Not very appetizing at all. The lady at the till also struggled to take our order she had to void and redo everything again. Definately wont go back there!

Food is good, but Nandos seems to be suffering from an identity crises; a fast food restaurant with prices disproportionate to the quantity served. And sometimes they forget the pineapple slice you paid R10+ for, oh the horror.

Nandos never gets old its been my favourite restaurant ever since I can remember

WOW!!!! The best Nandos ever, I went to Nandos Westgate today with my friends and the level of service that we got from the Nandocas was exclusive.Nandos Westgate is the place that I recommend to all South Africans to take there families, friends,co workers or everyone.

Could have been a 5 star. But orders are wrong when I order with Mr D app. Wrong drinks, Starter livers without Casa pap. This happened twice. Third time around Im going down to 1 star.

Have been there twice...so far so good i like the food and the waitress are friendly

The ventilation and air vents right where the chef was preparing the chicken werent working. There was all this smoke clogging up our lungs. 5 Stars are for the team that chose to still serve me despite conditions.
