Went there yesterday to order, they told me it will be 10 mins which I was fine with but they offered me a complimentary drink and chips for having to wait. Really good service thanks.

What a bad service 😒 waited 45 min just for wrapsta box and there was only 3 of us in the queue.. bad service and slow.. only to get a wrong order..

They took their time my whole order was freshly done and very nice really enjoyed

I actually had bad service from this KFC.. After getting in contact with KFC customer care, I was surprised to actually get my meal.. In fact a meal that costed more than I actually spend on the day.. What was even more surprising... They offered to deliver it free of charge 15 km away..

Suppose to be open according to information here but its still closed 😕

Food took forever and after I swiped it showed it did not go through. I then paid cash and later on discovered the amount did go of my account.

Waited for more than 30 minutes for 2 items. Place was hardly full. Not worth visiting. Other fast food options available in Clearwater with much more efficient service.

Friendly staff

A KFC like any other, though, one which is slightly faster to serve you your order. At peak times this KFC can be slow, but thats because of the sheer number of people that can arrive when it gets busy. Overall, a really good experience here at the Clearwater franchise.

KFC in Clearwater Mall always have a problem guys instead of telling your clients the system is off line in the morning first try and put it on and talking about costumer service this people dont even know what it is. I would rather go to another fast food outlet then KFC.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I bought a large pops from KFC clearwater yesterday 15-11-2019 they were not the normal color but I thought theyd maybe just been deep fried too long, immediately after eating them I started feeling so nauseous, today I am still sick and vommiting etc etc. Now I have food poisoning Wow!!! We will never ever buy anything from KFC again.. Damn you KFC, 😡😡😡

I really didnt enjoy my meal. bought the street wise 2 but the meat had lots of water in side like it wasnt deep fried properly and had an off taste after test.

Food is not the same as years agoQuality is gone

For me generally KFC is not as good as they used to be, there food is just not the se as 20 years ago! This KFC still offers quality and tasty chicken, this store is generally busy but it is well worth the wait if you long for good KFC!

I got a zinger burger which I didnt order via uberEats.I was given a voucher to go redeem the burger I ordered and the waitress was completely useless and said my code which I got from their head office doesnt work there.
