Uber driver tried to swindle me for cash when I updated my address details. When I reported it, Kimmi handled it professionally. The food is always served fresh and the manager is always friendly.

I bought a family full house 6 and the lady that was assisting me rang a 6 piece meal, only when I collected the order just before 20:00 I realized it was not what I wanted and I informed the person that was giving me the order. It was taken back to the lady I bought from and she insisted that its what I bought and I informed her that Im looking for the family full house and not just the meat and I suggested that she can add the two mini loafs and the salads and I will pay the difference she was very reluctant to do that and said that its unfortunate she cant even sell the 6 pieces Ive bought as it was late. At some point she called the manager who assisted with adding the mentioned items. This would really be the last time I step in that particular store poor customer service to a point where the person who is supposedly the one to help you shreds their shoulder and walk away while as a customer you are informing them of your dissatisfaction

Chicken is salty its ok if youre into that kind of staff service is alright the ladies there have their moments it is clean though theres definitely a room for improvement but it is not bad at all

They sold me spoilt food I bought the soul mate classic party and the cashier offered to add these as well for an extra R15 knowing very well theyre not in good condition

Not happy with order and the taste of the food. I ordered 3 lunch meals with soulfire chicken. 2 with salsa. 1 with coleslaw. When I got to the office, all my orders had only coleslaw. The meat was not soul fire. The chicken didnt even have salt. I spent about R300 on my order and Im not pleased at all. Please do better. Last time I came and ordered soulfire sauces. Instead of getting 6 sauces, I got 4. Please improve on your overall service

I dont know if its chicken licken or if its a thing with the restaurants in Westgate but compared to other branches the service and food is not always on point. Ive experienced this with other restaurants at Westgate as well.

My fiance and myself ordered from chicken licken ontdekkers last night and now we both have terribly upset stomachs and vomiting and were dizzy and shaky, and the pharmacy suspects light food poisoning!!! We didnt eat anything else yesterday that can be blamed for this. The rest of the family that ordered from mcDs and fishaways etc is perfectly fine. We were given gastropect, sandoz, hydra choice now. We order big from chicken licken quite often every month and bever gotten sick until last night. My 7 year old complained that the chicken wasnt smelling good but we thought she just smelt the hot sauce. Shouldve listened to her

I kid you not, every single time weve been to this Licken, we got stale wings!! Its as if the wings were fried some time back and then warmed in the microwave... and the chicken was black inside, sometimes with a couchy smell.... Yesterday was the last straw, I had to tell you guys how pathetic your product is! Other outlets of the same name take pride in what they serve, like Streubens Valley, Rivonia and Fourways!!!

WORST CHICKEN LICKEN:I am a big chicken licken fan. Ive tried this branch about 4 times because they are the only available branch on my Uber eats. but each time I have been dismally disappointed. The chicken always tastes like its days old and often does not even taste like the original recipe. I ordered sliders too and the bread tasted stale and off. Completely put off this branch and will never order from them again. And note, that this had been the case long before Covid-19 or the lockdown. Something over there is just not up to scratch!

This chicken is delicious but I did experience a long waiting time because their system was offline.

They drowned the poor chicken pieces in ocean salt... Couldnt bare the chicken threw it away. Theres a difference between hot spices and sauces and too much SALT.
