Mangwa Valley Game Lodge was home for 3 nights. You find all kinds of antelope (some quite rare) wandering the property between chalets. The game drive here was good and relaxed. Saw very interesting animals - rhino, golden wildebeest and a very sad looking waterbuck whose horns grew in the wrong direction.Very relaxing and quiet. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and willing to lend a hand with any other requests.Beautiful restaurant, complete with infinity pool, and great food. Good value for money.
What an amazing experience. Excellent service, we were in Chalet number 6 and it exceeded our expectations.Amaizng views, Wildlife, staff and overall experience. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I were really spoilt for our honeymoon! We enjoyed every minute.

What an absolute experience. Love every minute of it. Staff are friendly and helpfull, food are delicious and the quad game viewing was out of this world. Will definitely recommend
Very nice place indeed, we spend two nights staff are so friendly, delicious food, rooms are clean I really enjoyed each and every moment, the things that I would like them to upgrade is just to put TV and bar fridge in the rooms, the place is absolutely amazing
Wildlife and farmlife
We didnt spend a weekend at Mangwa (went there for quad biking), so I cant exactly comment on the cleanliness of the rooms, check in procedure and welcoming or the service experience as a guest.I can however say we felt like guests in the short time we were there. Employees greeted us with a smile and they were more than willing to assist us with with queries and information. We went to Mangwa for their quad biking experience. We were the only two people that had booked for the time so we enjoyed a very personal experience with our guide and had more than enough time to stop and take photos. Its quite special being so close to the animals with nothing between yourself and them, and needing to rely on your own reflexes to get away. But its safe. Animals keep their distance and the guide kept us far enough to not disturb them, but close enough to see them properly. My only complaint is that its only an hour long.Pro tip: take a hat and use plenty of sunblock!
Spent the night there and rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly however their restaurant prices are a bit of a rip off. apart from that was an awesome overnight stay
Went there last year, the food experience was amazing. Take a separate chalet if sleeping over to avoid hearing the neighbours through the thin walls. Worthy of a visit.
Very very nice! The staff, amazing. The food, amazing. Accommodation, amazing. Truly, amazing!
The food was great but we didnt get to see the Big 5 as claimed by the advert. Only Rhino and Buffalo
Great escape from the buzzing city. Enjoyed the bona, game drive and drumming.
Great food! Professional and friendly staff!
