The best salted caramel latte Ive ever tasted 👌 Cappuccino was also nice and hot...just the way I love it. Chocolate cake was rich and moist, my waiter was great...love it here 😋

Mug n Bean Wonder boom junction is the worst! Firstly I find hair in my creamy chicken and mushroom pie and then I have to wait half an hour just to get the bill and then the waiter types in the wrong amount on the card machine and then the waiter gets arrogant and scream at you because you are complaining about the service , when you call the waiters they simply ignore youWorst experience ever I will never support mug and bean wonderboom junction again they need new management system and I think a health inspector should go take a look at the kitchen

Halloumi fries were to die for!!! Service was a bit slow at first but then it picked up. Omelet was a bit oily like the previous time. Tuna mayo had little tuna on it. Donald served us and he was friendly and efficient although it was jam packed they managed to my surprise.

Service is not good.the only good service is the bearded waiter. The manager sits and talks to the customers and dies nothing to help the staff. Cups, plates and cutlery is old and rusty. Its not pleasant to eat there. Only reason i would go back is to be served by the bearded waiter he is very good at his job unlike the rest.

On 8 June 2019 we went to Mugg & Bean Wonderboom Junction.The welcoming was nice and friendly.The waitress (Gugu) that served us was friendly.We all ordered different type of breakfast. We all asked for sunny side turn around eggs. We all were disappointed. The egg white was still raw and running between my chips.The shop was busy and I didnt want to make a fuss.

Loved it, a get place to meet friends, business partners you name it fits.

We loved it. There are plenty of parking and parking for disable. The disabled can get in and out the shops with ease. Bathrooms are clean and they have a few entries to them.Mug and bean is very popular in this area and they have specials at surten days. The staff is friendly and helpful.They open early before shopping and have a outdoor stand for take away. Nice soft seats inside and a outside area to sit and eat. There is a undercover parking as well for those raine days.

I ordered a takeaway only to find that the sweet chilli sauce that comes with the Buttermilk chicken didnt have a lid on it, there was sweet chili everywhere. There was a hair in my Buttermilk chicken. The chicken and mayo sandwich was old and watery and we found a very old, dark brown and hard chip in in the chips! The triple chocolate muffin was also very old and dry! I use to love this mugg and bean and I went there every week, but I will no longer be going back!

The Mugg & Bean is a beautifull but buzy Restaurant and a lot of people come and go. We ordered two Monte Cristo Salads and two Serious Red Cappicinos. The salad with the honey and mustard sauce is tasty but there a lot of mixed lettuce leaves with very little tomato, avo, bacon and steak. The blue cheese gives a nice taste to the salad. The salad meal meal shrunk a lot and the price went up considerably since Mugg & Bean started off, it is boring though and it needs some colour like grated carrot, red pepper etc. Still a nice salad though but not value for your money. The Red Cappucinos with honey (Rooibos) was very nice and tasty.

Everytime I go and get a coffee I feel like I am home the staff are amazing and extremely friendly... they always go the extra mile and make sure I leave with a smile 😃

I had to wait 10 minutes for my coffee, the chips are só boring and bland with only a silly so called Rosmary salt. Really disappointing. Even a silly Cafe has real chips spice for the chips.I had chips at another place on Sunday, twice the amount of chips for only R7 more, and the chips had chips spice on.The milk jug was so full of milk on the outside, such a mess. My second mug of coffee was placed on the farthest side of my table...now really, Ill be thinking twice before visiting this branch again.

This is my favorite Mugg and Bean branch in my area. The service is always great, the food is fresh and well plated and the manager is always available.

The salads are skimpy and the chicken livers were basically chicken offall. Dont waste your time here.

The service was on point and the food was marvelous enjoyed everything and also covid regulations were adheard to.

Pretty standard Mugg & Bean experience, coffee is good, service is good, food is good. I recommend the eggs benedict, in all of the variations they serve.Its a pity that the outside-facing doors are always closed because there was no air conditioning, and it was a rather warm day when I visited. Besides that, its a nice place that is accommodating to people who need a place to work for a while. You are welcome to set up a laptop and use the restaurant WiFi while you are there.

The service I received from Tawanda and Elliot the managers and Blessed my server was excellent. I phoned ahead and had some specific requests and they were met exactly as I requested. Blessed remembered me from previous visits to M&B and that really counts for something

This was a first time visit but would definitely come back. Although the quality of food and the menu is pretty much the same at all Mugg & Beans the employees make a difference. The staff at this M&B were most friendly and hospitable. I would therefore recommend this M&B at Wonderboom Junction.

Waiters are all very great! Store manager made it an unpleasant experience. I went there to have some coffee with a friend. Store manager kept interrupting us in the middle of our conversation to tell us her stories! For up to 20 min at a time! Will avoid that store in the future!

Very clean shop with fresh and delicious food. The staff is quick and friendly. Very conservative regarding business hours. This is the perfect place for entrepreneurs and business owners to meet. The menu has a wide variety from full on meat lover to vegetarian. The drinks are well prepared. The bottomless coffee is a bonus. The vibe is very trendy with a dash of old school cool.

We chose to go to Mugg & bean because of their low carb options, only to find that there was only 2 options on the menu. Decided on the country style breakfast. It was very good, especially the cauliflower hash browns. Staff was friendly & helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed a brunch and stayed longer; had extra coffee; used their WiFi facility.Peaceful and no fuzz.However: In the morning I had a plate of union rings on the side but it was very oily and dark in colour. I had to send it back which the chef replaced with much better onion rings - always check and if you are not 100% happy you have to send it back.But still, I enjoyed the visit.

Beautiful interior and delicious food but how many times can they get an order wrong? Went there today with my mother for a quick breakfast, that turned out not to be so quick. Waited so long that customers that came in and ordered after us already had their full meals and we didnt even have food yet. We asked the waitress when she finally appeared again what is the matter and all she said was that she just told them to hurry up. Friendly waitress until you politely tell her you didnt order two slices of white toast, but rather one rye and one wholewheat, and ask for the correct order. After another ten or so minutes, enough time for my breakfast to become cold as I wanted to eat it with my bread, waitress returns with correct bread but no smile, no apology and no response when we thank her. We also needed to remind her that we need butter and jam for our bread. It was not even that busy today.This was however not the first time this has happened to us at this particular Mugg & Bean. On a previous occasion multiple orders were sent back as it was not as we ordered, or according to what is said to be given in the menu. On this occasion our waiter was however apologetic, had a sense of humour with which he handled the problems, and the manager came to check on us after all inconsistencies were corrected.On multiple other occasions, the burger with a jalapeno stuffed patty came without any jalapenos - and its supposed to be the main feature of the burger.Mistakes happen, problems occur, but always being open and honest with your customer and doing so with a positive attitude and apologizing where necessary always makes the experience better. I would advise the management to instill this thought into their staff, as ultimately this majorly affects the customers experience, and the customer needs to want to return.As mentioned above, mistakes happen, but how many mistakes does it take for the kitchen staff to realise what is required of which meals?

My local go-to for coffee.For the casual shopper: The coffee is decent enough for the context and the drinks menu is generally diverse and interesting. Youre bound to find something for your breakfast or lunch needs and it is probably the better of the Wonderboom Junction options for a quick coffee.For the serious diner and/or coffee enthusiast: this one is probably not for you. Boabab (approximately 100m away) will likely be more suited to your standards.
