We had such a fantastic evening at Moonshot Café! The atmosphere was amazing the view beautiful and the food was divine! Such an amazing place to host a party or just get a bite to eat! Would highly recommend it 👌

Fantastic food in a lovely setting whether it be daytime or night time. With the restaurant being high up over Menlyn the view is nothing to sniff at either!A really nice place to have a breakfast/lunch meeting (not open for dinner), or even better, to book as a venue for a function or celebration.

This is an amazing place to go grab lunch or even for a fancy dinner. Their food is very tasty and very affordable. The location is also amazing overlooking the Menlyn Maine area. Would recommend it 100%.

Had my daughters matric farewell photos taken here by Larissa Photography ... the day was wet and cold and we had to change the initial photo venue because of the weather .... The Manager was very friendly and eager to assist and allowed us to take photos on the same day although there were already 7 other couple shoots also done there. This saved the day and helped to make it a memorable one ... thank you so much Moonshot Cafe

Love the branding and casual feel of this place. Open to the public, they serve good food, good coffee and are fully licensed to serve alcohol. Great view over the east of Pretoria

This is a very versatile spot. There is enough space for everyone to enjoy what ever they feel like. If you want to sit down and relax you csn find a spot around the fire. You can sit around a big table with lots of friends and family and enjoy food and drinks. There is space to dance for the more energetic. Last but not least you can stand around the bar and enjoy a wide selection of drinks. Overall the best thing about moonshot must be the veiw especially at night.

I LOVE Moonshot Cafe!! Their food and menu is truly OUT OF THIS WORLD! I frequent their restaurant and dine there on an almost weekly basis. Their food is affordable and most importantly: delicious and delectable!!

Great layout. Very tricky to find. Real canteen-level breakfast (meh). Perhaps not a place for a quick breakfast, but for sundowners? Looks like a good place to host something, if it’s warm. If it’s cold you’ll freeze. Tables were dirty when we got there as first guests.

Breakfast and cappuccino at Moonshot Café. Did not know what to expect but was Wowed by the setting and view. Breackfast was quality for your money and the cappuccino was nice a stong for a hard day of work ahead.Ideal setting in the morning for a private meeting and enough secure parking.

Made booking months in advance for a 30th (+-20pax) just to be told they will rather book a private function. They make the reservation for you and if something better comes along, they drop your booking. (Not taking into consideration your planning etc) Good at the start with prep & planning but then Rude and disrespectful. Had high hopes but disappointed.

Thank you for accommodating us but the following was not on: more than 40% of what weve order was not available. Orders was wrong and cold, the waiter appointed did know the menu at all. Services was not great. Waited long for drinks and food. Not well prepped for 14 guests . The manager Nadia was rude and unprofessional. Not recommended!We are a well established company, we made it clear in booking conformation that this is corporate / client dinner., but the food and service left us embarrassed.

What a pleasant surprise with an alluring view. Menu decently priced and off the beaten track surprises. Pity theyre not open on a weekend. But other than that, lots of parking, ease of access and spacious

I was rather disappointed here. 😕 I expected a lively ambience with a relatively trendy crowd. Instead the music was the boring type of jazz 😒, I mean, really boring type of jazz and not the type youd at least want to tap your feet. 😴And then I requested a drink... Although not busy that time I waited.⌚ I even suspected that they went to buy from somewhere just to satisfy my order. 🤔Then I asked for chilli, 🌶️ or anything hot - Tabasco would have sufficed if all else fails. To my dismay I was proudly informed that they dont have. 😲The view is quite nice though. If only the environment complimented the lovely rooftop views. 😏

Great food , great service and the most reasonably price restaurant in Pretoria. The perfect place for a one on one or group get togethers. It was a bit hard to locate but once we found it it was an absolutely amazing experience. The menu is easy to read and has a wide variety of options.

Here for a wedding reception and was SO much fun. Venue is great, food was delicious and service was good. Open to the public on weekdays.

What a gem of a place, nestled right amongst one of the fastest developing parts of Pretoria. View is charming and the atmosphere is cosy. Sit around the big open air rooftop fireplace and enjoy some good wine and snacks. Not to mention the affordable prices on the menu

Mooshot Cafe is one of those easter eggs you expect to find in games. It is hard to find the place but well worth it in the end. The food is amazing and very affordable. Google maps will take you to the wrong location, however, the locals near the place where it leads you will tell you how to reach it.If you want the solution, here is a simple guide:From Garsfontein Rd turn left onto Corobay AveThen at the first circle turn left into an underground parking area where a gaurd will ask for your drivers license before allowing you in.Immediately turn right and park in the outside area near King Price Insurance.Just look up to see which building Moonshot Cafe is in, it is not hard to miss.Enter the building, sign in at reception and they will tell you how to get to the Cafe.Enjoy.

Located within the King price office block in the Menlyn Corporate park located at 174 Corobay Avenue. Difficult to find at first. Drive into the visitors parking from Corobay Avenue, and turn right within the parking. The cafe is located on the roof of the office block you are now facing. To get to the cafe, sign in at the front desk for an access card. Go to the 4th floor with the elevator. If you are visiting before 5pm, you have to walk through the King Price offices where people are sitting and working. To reach the cafe, go through the big glass door on your right after leaving the elevator, and then immediately turn right again. Up a few small steps there is a sliding glass door on your left, enter through there. Food is good and very well priced. Just freaking difficult to find when going by yourself.
