What I loved about this place firstly is the atmosphere, the decor is minimalistic. The food is amazing. I had one of the wraps with an Americano, being lactose-intolerant they catered to my needs by having a lactose free product such as coconut milk to have with my Coffee. The service was excellent. The food amazing. Before you step in the restaurant there are social distancing stickers placed on the floor, and secondly by the door there is a sanitizer and a form we need to fill in and there is a section pick-up point for those who ordered on the app or called in before hand. Theres also social distancing between tables. These are health measures that are put into place.

We had a terrible experience. It was so loud in the store that the lady behond the counter couldnt even hear a word we said. We used Vodacoms shake vouchers and some of them didnt work so we ended up paying more than we should have, and they werent willing to do anything avout the mess up, they just insisted it was Vodacoms fault. We went to this one specifically because it had good reviews, but n would 100% not recommended it.

My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience as it was to loud and I could barely hear the person at the till. My girlfriend had vouchers that didnt work and the person at the till said it was not their problem. The person at the till got the order wrong as we ordered a Morrocan wrap and received an Avo-falafel wrap. We also wanted to order a Salsa Quesadilla with extra chicken but the person at the till said we can not have it and could not explain why we could not order it.

Absolutely great experience, time and time again. Excellent service, high quality food and big smiles from the staff.Definitely the Kauai that raised the bar the highest thus far - go check it out!!
