EDIT: Instead, we order from Burger King across the road or Romans Pizza, in the same centre.Ordered collection via Uber Eats and the service was horrendous. Uber Eats notified us that our order was ready. We went to pick it up and it took them 15 minutes to find our food. In that time, the manager or owner did not speak to us or apologise, simply sat there shouting and disrespecting his employees. He did not try find the order or figure out what was wrong. You could see the employees were already flustered and under pressure, and now being shouted and disrespected by the manager/owner. If thats how the employees are treated in front of customers, you can only imagine was happens behind the scenes. Will definitely not be supporting a branch that has an internal culture like that.

I would like to advise the owner/management of this store to employ english literate staff who can understand what I say first time.The cashier cant understand me and I always need to repeat myself. Staff must also be taught not to say What!!! and politely say Excuse me .This might seem like a petty issue but think about how quick orders can be taken if all goes smoothly.Food wise, quality is good. I do need to open up the box/bag though, otherwise the chips get very soggy. Its unnecessary to staple the bag imo.

After a previous negative review, I can say there has been a huge turn around in this store. The food was as good as it gets, and had a friendly and professional experience with the staff and owners in store. Well-done and keep it up!

Very poor quality food we ordered 2 schwarmas and the one had no guacamole and the other no peri-mayo as we had requested also the schwarmas were tiny and this is the second bad experience in a row at this particular Mochachos we will not be purchasing at this store again and will rather go to mall@55 where the quality is far better as well as the service

Ordered chicken burgers and chips. They were tasty and of the mochachos standard. We were starving so the lady even offered us free small chips while our order comes. Very good service and deserves recognition.

Never sat down to eat here but have ordered take outs from here. The food is always good. Definitely one of my favourite meals to order in.

I Ordered a quarter chicken and chips on uber eats and got a breast with a wing. I was so disappointed i didnt even eat it. I was expecting the thigh portion. Its a one star for me.

For giving me sauce in a plastic bag you get 1 star and I am a health inspector so I will be paying you a visit.

Good service, food was fresh. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Suggested menu items:- Mexican chicken pieces and rice- 2 Chicken Fillet Combo- Chicken Strips, Chips & DipChips are spicy. If you want less (or no) spice, make sure you tell them when ordering.

Ordered via Mr D. Amazing food. Burgers were divine. Fillet was tender and succulent. The chicken was also fantastic!

It is impossible to phone them. Sat for 10 minutes trying to get them to understand our address. Its like speaking to a pre-schooler.And if you do manage to order, they arrive with half of the order anyway.Its very sad that service is this way, as the food is great, but dealing with the frustration is not worth it.

Mochachos is the bomb! If you havent eaten here before you are missing out. Their Enchiladas are amazing. Word of caution though, when they call it dynamite sauce they mean it really has enough power to kick and keep kicking for a while...

New owners, we were looking forward to it. We ordered the Mexican strips but were surprised to see how thin it was cut compared to other mochachos. Definitely not value for your money on the strips.

This is the worst place to come to if you looking for good customer service. Stood in line for long because the cashier was on her phone even forgot we were there.Waited for 5min on the phone to place an order while the employers scream in the back.I think that place should be closed down. Absolutely terrible service.Phoned to place an order for delivery, the woman Mildred was so rude to me, having to repeat myself the whole time, and then was told they only deliver from 12pm onwards?! Absolutely pathetic, then got told my address was too far, yet I told her I was based 5.6km away then got told okay they can deliver (still only after 12). Also got told they dont deliver to business parks? Dont see the logic in turning away a whole companys orders? (twelve in total)Will never order from them again.

The food quality has deteriorated substantially and service is not friendly anymore. Nuggets portions have been halved and chips that come with main meal and very little. Kiddies burger was ice cold

Horrible service - we were literally the only customers there and they took 20minutes with our order of 2 x schwarmas, which were ice cold when we got them. Literally, as if they JUST came from a freezer. After they wouldnt make us chimichangas because they only make a certain amount per weekend. Terrible. Rather go anywhere else. Went there Tuesday. Ordered & waited. One meal came out & nothing else. Wrong order. Staff totally rude & incompetent. Having a staff discussion in the kitchen. Returned the one meal. Bad Service. Manager was confrontational & told us he doesnt care. Sadly, they do not deserve to have the Mochachos brand. Owner Ephram phoned to apologise on behalf of the staff, but judging from reviews, it clearly happens often. Disgusting service, no customer service and staff feel they doing you a big favour! Will never go back there again!

I have been here twice and twice they got my order wrong. The first time they also neglected to add chips to my colleagues meal and on the second time they got another colleagues order wrong after we waited an hour for our takeaways... The service is unacceptable.

We are situated close to Mall so we order here regularly . Each and every order always comes with items missing though we paid in full . Sometimes we just eat as is . Today however we placed and order at 18h30 received order at 19h20 no guacamole or sour cream . I called twice to speak to manager he promised to send mising items .30 minutes later we are still waiting . I think this is very bad service .

I order on a regular basis from Mochachoes, the delivery is VERY slow (1 hour slow), the portions are pathetic (6-8 chips, 10 if you lucky) with a jose meal, and when you place an order telephonically you have to repeat yourself several times… 3 Jose Burgers, 1 with no tomatoes all lemon and herb… it is not that difficult, and then when the driver arrives here and I double check the food he seems irritated with me for double checking, and then he is still rude when I send 2 of the 3 meals back and ask to hurry after waiting 1 hour for cold over priced food...Just called again, to confirm I will receive my order here is how the conversation went:please ensure I get 2 Jose Burgers, 1 lemon and herb no tomatoes and 1 mild normal and both with chips.operator: ok I will send 2 lemon and herb burgers...me: (deep breath because this is the fifth time I need to explain this in one call) no I want mild, normal... the gentleman working with me want 1 lemon and herb no tomato...Operator: Okay mam, do you still want the chicken strips...me: is your manager there...
